It's fair to say that I got more than I ever expected working with Amy at KFH. I'd heard horror stories about estate agents and I didn't know what to think when my partner and I started the process of buying our first home. Amy was amazing! She didn't hate me when I was extremely late for our first viewing and she agreed to show me another property which is now our home! She was helpful throughout the process and was as far from the stereotypical view of an estate agent as you can get. We would have struggled without her!

I can highly recommend the sales team at KFH and I’m not normally someone who posts reviews, but I absolutely had to in this case. The sale of our family house in Raynes Park took some time and was stalled due to Covid-19 and the lockdown. Through the entire process, the staff at KFH have been brilliant, supportive and were very quick to respond to calls and messages. Ross, in particular, kept us updated and always made time to talk things through with us. With his thoughtful handling of a stressful situation, he made an enormous difference to our experience of selling and moving. He was unfailingly professional and if I could have hugged him when I dropped off the keys on the day the sale went through then I would have!
