It's fair to say that I got more than I ever expected working with Amy at KFH. I'd heard horror stories about estate agents and I didn't know what to think when my partner and I started the process of buying our first home. Amy was amazing! She didn't hate me when I was extremely late for our first viewing and she agreed to show me another property which is now our home! She was helpful throughout the process and was as far from the stereotypical view of an estate agent as you can get. We would have struggled without her!

The whole team was excellent, always on hand to answer questions and we felt they really took the time to get to know our house to give best chance of marketing with potential buyers. Amy was our negotiator and she managed to navigate a tricky few months for us when a couple of our early offers fell through. Although I’ve never rented with KFH, the care taken in my flat-hunting experience has been impressively consistent. More specifically, Antony Brotha took extra time to understand what I was looking for without making me feel like I was a nuisance as other experiences have left me with other agencies. Fatma Kemal from the initial viewing of our flat through to moving in- she has always been friendly, approachable and quick to respond to our queries. I would highly recommend the KFH Kingston branch if it’s your first time moving properties or even tenth. The quality of service I have received from Simon Jermak was impressing.
