Nothing was too much trouble for Ellie and her colleagues - multiple visits to the property, arranging access for surveys, queries about keys, key codes and many other things, even down to the swift removal of the SOLD board. If we ever find ourselves buying another property in this area, Newton Fallowell is the first place we'll look.

I have sold 3 rental properties in Peterborough in the last 4 years.
The first property in Paston I sold through a local estate agent and had a long and protracted sale.I was constantly having to probe and chase everything and eventually the sale took 7 months to get over the line.
Then I changed to Newton Fallowell (Werrington branch) and the experience I had since has been exceptional.Firstly I had valuations on my home property plus the remaining 2 rentals and different time intervals but was not pressured to market them.
Two years ago I put the second rental in Gunthorpe on the market and this went through without a hitch and was completed in 3 months. Happy days.
My last rental property was a 3 bedroom mid terrace house in Orton Brimbles which went on the market at the beginning of September.On 9 October I received an increased offer from the buyer and agreed the sale.
This sale was not straightforward and at various stages I contemplated putting the house back on the market.However I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff at Newton Fallowell who helped me with all enquiries and problems that occurred.
In particular I would like to highly praise the Sales Negotiator Ellie Lavender who constantly kept me updated with developments and painstakingly chased the buyer and his solicitor for updates and further clarification.Really it was down to her that the sale was kept alive and I'm glad to say the sale was completed on 4 December.
So in summary I have had two successful sales with Newton Fallowell both within a 3 three months window.
If I had to downsize my home property I would have no hesitation in solely marketing it with my local estate agent Newton Fallowell.
If you thinking of marketing your own property then I would say do not hesitate. Get NF working for you.

From the start Newton Fallowell were professional and friendly. As with most estate agents if there is any difficulty in selling the main lever pulled is to reduce the price. More options should be explored. Newton Fallowell didnt gain the agreed sales, hiwever i would still consider them again in the future

After engagement with a lot of agents I found many really didn't have a clue. Newton Fallowell really bucked the trend.
They were up front, frank about things realistic and didn't ever try to enhance a position that didn't exist.
Throughout the process there was regular weekly updates regardless of the position to keep things updated. The level of communication was the thing that really made them stand out.
In a world of agents who'd struggle to stand up straight, this company really felt like they had an interest in getting to completion.

Very impressed with the service I’ve received in my search for a rental property. Working with Olivia L. has been terribly easy. Organising an initial viewing together was quick as you’d expect. During which, however, we had a high quality and in depth conversation about my requirements: discussing how the property we were viewing met them or fell short. Leading to us pivoting post-viewing to organise a second viewing for another property which suited my requirements. Organising payments was easy, getting access to the AST took a small period simply due to how quickly the turnaround was from the house being available to me submitting my application. I overpaid the initial deposit without realising and was urgently called regarding sending the overpayment back which as well is not a guarantee with tenancy companies I’ve worked with before. Small issues like setting up boiler controls and contacting the landlord for various permissions have so far all been addressed and/or solved overnight. In some cases within 3-5 hours from issue discovered - to maintenance visit - to repair complete. Queries are all being answered promptly so far. So really no complaints at all, I believe it’s up there with the best service I’ve had organising and living in a rental property. Thanks to Olivia for stepping up, I’ve appreciated the work!

We just wanted to Thank Nicola (General Manager) and her amazing Team for helping us with our smooth sale of property in Gunthorpe and move to Werrington they specially the manager Nicola who was absolutely amazing to us, she kept us regularly updated and knew everything ! totally on point, she helped calm us when we though the whole move wouldn’t happen due to Covid.

Well nope they can be different fun friendly and with a wealth of knowledge they guided us through a tricky sale involving a probate issue.
The ladies were helpful from first contact to a final Thank you. They seam to understand that it's a two way thing where we pay for a service and they provide it to the best of there ability and get the results we all need.
Would recommend you talk to them first and they will do there best, what more can you ask for.

Newton Fallowell couldn't have been more helpful for us. Vicki from the Werrington branch was a delight to talk to, she explained everything in full and made us feel comfortable with our forthcoming move. She even offered to walk our dog whilst Nicola took the viewings, other estate agents asked if we had a cage for our dog (not happy).
Nicola, also at the Werington branch has been extremely helpful in progressing our move, ensuring that all our ducks were in a row before the sale.
I would highly recommend Newton Fallowell to sell and also help purchase your new home. If we move again i would certainly come here first.
