**Review for Ocean Homes**
I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Ocean Homes. From the outset, my attempts to contact them have been met with silence, demonstrating a shocking level of unprofessionalism.
Upon moving into the property, we discovered that the toilet was left unfixed. It leaked, creating an unbearable smell that permeated our landing carpet. Despite multiple requests for assistance, the negligence has continued, leaving us feeling completely disregarded.
I would strongly advise potential tenants to reconsider their choice in management, as Ocean Homes has shown a lack of accountability and responsiveness to serious issues.

Vandross is one of the better agents I have experienced in the coming weeks. I have been surprised during viewings that most agents merely open the door for you and leave you to it, providing minimal information unless asked directly. Quite often the agent isn't even familiar with the property however Vandross was very familiar with the property and provided us with plenty of information throughout the viewing. Vandross was really well prepared and candid, and provided us with all the information we needed. Hope to see him for other viewings in future.

Richard was brilliant at a time where mortgage rates were changing almost daily, he dealt with numerous phone calls/e-mails from me per week without complaint and kept me updated constantly with prices and the best mortgage provider. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite and was brilliant throughout, got us a great mortgage at a great rate, if it wasn’t for Richard my mortgage would be at least an extra £100 a month if not more. Commenting from the buyers side. Early in the process the agent felt like they were proactive and supportive in driving the transaction. The longer things progressed, the less reliable they became and the more messages became mixed and confusing.
Ultimately, they're there to get the best price they can for the sellers to secure the best commission they can, so there was very little difference to any other estate agent I've ever used. The mixed messages and lack of interest once the transaction was back on track eroded any real trust from my side by the end.

I would highly recommend Ocean estate agents Filton branch. We sold our home through Ocean, the highlight from this was how they manged to settle any nerves we had and achieve full asking price. Ocean were also very helpful in finding us a house which suited all our needs.
The whole team have been very proactive and have been there to assist and guide us smoothly through the process from start to finish. We had the majority of our interaction with Cameron. He always available to answer any questions, and always called with any new information ASAP.
