**Review for Ocean Homes**
I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Ocean Homes. From the outset, my attempts to contact them have been met with silence, demonstrating a shocking level of unprofessionalism.
Upon moving into the property, we discovered that the toilet was left unfixed. It leaked, creating an unbearable smell that permeated our landing carpet. Despite multiple requests for assistance, the negligence has continued, leaving us feeling completely disregarded.
I would strongly advise potential tenants to reconsider their choice in management, as Ocean Homes has shown a lack of accountability and responsiveness to serious issues.

Seen a few houses with different agents in Bristol and Evie at Ocean is by far the best we’ve had. She was super knowledgeable about the house, patient, gave us time to look around and was ‘too salesy’. Would definitely recommend!

We have been very pleased with the service we have received from Ocean Estate Agents.
The marketing of our property was great, the viewings were done really well and there was minimal disruption to our busy family home. Once sale agreed, we were kept informed of progress all the way through via contact with the ‘Move Manager’ and the portal.

Vandross showed us around a home in north Bristol this week. He was very knowledgeable (especially compared to other companies agents we had had show us around similar properties), polite and professional throughout the viewing and has checked in with us in a timely manner since. Vandross was able to answer all our questions during the viewing and never made us feel like any were silly and was very helpful in explaining the ongoing process.

Vandross was really welcoming and friendly, happy to try and answer any questions we had. I really like how he let us have our own time looking round the house without the feel of trying to oversell the house, he let the property do the talking and was right there with us to answer any questions we had. We didn't feel rushed either which is always positive during a busy viewing time!

We have now viewed multiple properties around Bristol and by far our best experience has been with Evie at Ocean. She was consistently kind and responsive, and very knowledgeable about the property and area. We hope to use Ocean again in our property search!
