We’ve had a really positive experience with Ocean throughout the process of securing our new home. Everything has been handled professionally and communication has been clear and reassuring from start to finish.<br>A special mention to Jemima, who has been incredibly helpful, responsive and supportive throughout the application and referencing process. She kept us updated at every stage, explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel much smoother and less stressful.<br>We really appreciate the service we’ve received and would happily recommend Ocean to anyone looking to rent a property.

Really happy with our experience with Ocean. Jemima was really friendly and helpful during the flat viewing and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Matt gave us excellent help and advice to get the flat ready for sale and achieved. afull price offer despite a slow market. Unfortunately, it fell through at the last minute but he had us back on sale within a day and a new offer within a fortnight.<br>The second sale process was even more tortuous than the 1st but Debbie was absolutely excellent. We were kept fully informed throughout and she really worked hard to keep communication going with the buyer even as the legals dragged on and on. Cheerful, positive, helpful and pro-active - a great advert for Oceans. Thank you.
