So grateful for the service Ocean Westbury provided, but the biggest thanks goes to Mel. From start to finish she was magnificent. Mel worked relentlessly to push our sale through. making endless calls to the solicitor and our buyer, and communicating with us every step of the way. She kept the whole process on track, often chasing things up before we even had to ask, and we always felt she was firmly on our side. Thanks to Mel the whole experience was far less stressful than it could have been and we would happily recommend Ocean Westbury to anyone looking to sell.

Been helping my mate look for a new place and we ended up going through Ocean to view a 3 bedroom house. Honestly the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. We dealt with Charlie Bird and he was spot on with really good customer service, quick replies and he even sorted us a viewing on the same day we asked. Could not fault it at all.
The whole process with Ocean has been easy. They are fast on emails, always pick up the phone and you never feel like you are being ignored or messed about. Compared to Connells who have honestly shocking customer service, Ocean feels like a breath of fresh air. So much easier to deal with and much more professional.
Definitely recommend them if you are looking to rent or buy.
