Advertised as inexpensive compared to high street agents which is probably true . However please remember YOU have to do a lot more of the work involved. They also direct you to one of their 'panel' conveyancers/solicitors and here other problems may arise. In my case leading me to 'break my contract', pay up and tread a new independent path. All together I'd say I wish I'd remembered my dad's saying... "...buy cheap, buy twice, ... or even more!".... Read more
