This estate agents is just a ‘cut above’. In particular we want to highlight Anthony as being nothing short of brilliant! We are currently in rented and I know he’s doing all he can to find us our new home. I’m on Rightmove several times a day, contacting all the estate agents and Anthony is the ONLY one that is regularly staying in touch, offering suggestions and in his own words - offering a wild card….he should be on ‘location, location, location’! We really hope Anthony finds our next home as we’d prefer to buy from him all day long!

Would highly recommend. Our house was on the market for almost a year (with a short break) with another agent, we then put it on with Syd and we had multiple viewings and offers within a couple of weeks.
Instead of just waiting for enquiries, we felt that RA Bennett were proactive and would actively sell our house to potential buyers that hadn’t specifically enquired about our property.
We were really impressed with the communication to keep us in the loop, and viewing feedback was provided on the same day, or next day.
They were all super helpful throughout the entire process, especially Syd, Mia and Naomi.

We were very pleased with the service provided when we recently sold our home with RA Bennett’s Broadway. Julia’s experience and knowledge of the industry combined with a personalised approach made it an easy decision for us to choose RA Bennett to manage our sale. Chelsea at R.A. Bennett was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly proactive, kept everything moving quickly and communicated brilliantly throughout. I never had to chase or nudge for an update, which made the whole process feel so smooth and stress-free. The rest of the team were also lovely and helpful. We had a really positive experience with Katie. She was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout, and always took the time to answer our questions and understand what we were looking for.<br><br>Although we haven’t found the right property for us yet, we really appreciated Katie’s time, patience and help.
