My name is Spencer Humble the Partner at our Plumstead office. The first time I used Robinson-Jackson was over 10yrs ago, when I chose their Sydenham branch to sell my flat. Years later, not only are we using their Lewisham branch to sell our current home but we've lucked out with buying our forever home through their Plumstead branch too.
On more than one occasion, we've been fortunate to have Liam show us houses in our preferred area and he is a testament to who Robinson-Jackson are, as an estate agent and why I used them again to sell our home.
Liam was informative, knowledgeable, genuine and funny. He effortlessly engaged with me, my husband and our daughter, without the suffocating hard sell or the absence of interest we have experienced from other estate agents.
Our sale/purchase process has begun and I was pleasantly surprised, when he called just to see how we all were doing and recalled conversations we had on viewings.
We are most definitely grateful for Robinson-Jackson aiding us along the way and especially thankful Liam is a part of it. But I've also got to mention Spencer, their branch manager. Spencer has the same positive energy as Liam, supportive, so easy to communicate with, informative and also funny.
I didn't have the pleasure of meeting or speaking with the entire team but if Liam and Spencer are anything to go by, their branch must be a great place to work too.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!
I hope before going ahead with them in either buying or selling a property you read this message.
I have tried purchasing a property with them, made an offer that was accepted, however, our bank came back to us telling us they won't be able to lend us the money for this property.
They are currently trying to sell an "un-buyable" house. Literally no bank would give you money for this.
They disappeared for 4 weeks and came back telling us their broker could help us. Spoiler alert: he can't.
Absolutely unprofessional, I wouldn't either purchase or sell with them!!
