They were committed from start to finish, and when things went quiet, they were proactive, offering ways to keep everything moving and giving us weekly updates and clear communication. As we lived in the village, they were always welcoming and helpful whenever we popped in.<br><br>We’re especially grateful for Sandy, always one step ahead, brilliant at keeping everyone in the loop, and genuinely invested in the process. You could really feel how happy she and the whole team were when we finally completed.<br><br>Super grateful, thank you again, and again, and again.

2nd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)RENTING - be aware, the team are OK but they serve the landlord NOT YOU. Landlord attempted to retain 80% of our deposit when we moved out and Agent supported them, even through the Tenancy deposit scheme process... we won out in the end.<br>Also the rentals team are part time.. so if you garden is flooded with sewage or your boiler fails in mid winter, be prepared for some frustration.

A special thank you to Grace who found our absolute dream home and Rebecca who kept us updated throughout and pushed to ensure that we met a tight deadline and got us over many tough hurdles! 4th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Slow to give feedback on viewings. I had to chase after a couple of days but improved when I complained. Some rushed viewings . One agent arrived and said it had to be quick and she had asked the buyer to come earlier. Another told a late buyer asked to come at 8.45am on arrival that they only had 15 minutes so it would be a quick look . We were told they had a large database of buyers but I wonder if just relying on the property listings and their database algorithms to find people was enough. They did offer us a premium listing months later when I asked what else could be done and this generated viewings . Unable to arrange one second viewing and blamed staff absence for not contacting the buyer when I rang up a week later and the buyer did not return their call. People not getting back to them happened a lot . We were never shown any evidence of their contacts with people . It's a shame as they understood the market and provided a lot of information about why viewings were sparse due to external factors.Pleasant staff with good local knowledge. We gave them a long period as it was a tough time to sell but did decide to find another agent in the end as they did not seem that proactive .
11th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)The worst estate agents in Amersham by far.<br>-We viewed 4 properties with Robsons and the agents showing us around often contradicted the property brochures.<br>-For two properties we looked to buy, we were advised not to bother viewing, both are still up on the market.<br>-We were pressured by staff into cancelling a viewing unless an offer was put in at the viewing, that house now remains on the market 3 months later.- 31st Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We have just completed our house sale through Robsons and are very pleased with the outcome. All the team at Robsons have been fully committed from the beginning. We must say a special thank you to the sales progression team who went the extra mile and pushed the sale along, especially in those moments when it looked like things were slowing down. A few judicious emails and phone calls soon had things back on track. We would certainly recommend Robsons

Ours was a complex case but Ian & Denise’s support made every step hassle-free and resulted in an outcome that was best for all. The whole team’s communication and professionalism throughout has been outstanding and we cannot recommend the firm highly enough!

He went out of his way to help us every step of the journey, with a level of care and professionalism that is genuinely rare. If you want someone who truly helps you through the whole process, Anthony is your guy. Highest possible recommendation!
21st Jul 2026 (12 days ago)This by far , in my opinion, is the most outstanding Estate Agent in ALL of Chesham!! Setting up a viewing was exactly SWIFT. We were greeted most pleasantly by Ruby and judging from her body language, it was not a job, she truly enjoy introducing people to their forever home!! The Office staff, Tom and Michael are very knowledgeable and are never short on updates, both genuinely are people persons!! Five stars Brown and Merry Chesham, from my Wife and I.

13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)2023 was a difficult year in the housing market. Wye were relentless trying to tempt a buyer for our property. Yes we did have to drop our price a little, but that was the only way to sell! There were very few properties to look at, but Wye took on board our wish list, found the house (before it was even on the market) and even found a property for the vendor to complete the chain! We ended up in a very large chain, but Wye navigated us through with barely a hitch. Having moved the property away from another local agent, we needed a managing agent to find good-quality tenants and look after the property. They did, like it was their own! Moving a few years forward, this family owned company have been lovely to deal with and have really ensured they exceed our expectations. Not only have we dealt with their lettings department but also their sales team. The Binks Sales team were equally brilliant! They were very attentive, knowledgeable, supportive and really helped us get through the sale. We experienced a very tricky sales market and complicated chain. Thankfully they were with us every step of the way and have now completed. Great job and thank you again!

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
