I travelled from West Yorkshire to Amble on Friday to view a property on Saturday morning. At 5.30 on Friday evening they called me to say it’d been sold that day! On contacting the seller (who I was already in touch with) the offer was accepted on Tuesday! Total waste of time, very poor communication from the agents, I really hope our new home, when we find it, isn’t selling through these!

Unfortunately due to ill health my parents had to sell their Cottage in Druridge Bay Northumberland.

After having our house valued we were contacted the next day & persuaded by the girls to put it on the market to "test the water" before we started looking to downsize,within hours we had a booking for the first viewing,after the viewing we got cold feet as we had not really had time to look for our next smaller house,we were contacted by Tracey to say the couple & their young family loved the house & wanted it!!.we were then given details of a couple of properties on with RMS & the first we viewed was perfect making the decision to let the wonderful young family get on the property ladder so much easier for us,our sale & purchase was smooth as Tracey kept the solicitors on both sides from hibernating & we were kept informed on a weekly then daily basis towards completion It couldn't have been easier,would recommend the team at the Amble branch to anyone many thanks a very happy Chris & Caroline scott.

Great service. Really friendly staff and very professional. House was put on the market and within 24 hours we had viewings booked throughout the week. It sold within 9 days. Even through we were right in the middle of selling and buying when lock down happen and also having a buyer who lived aboard the Amble team went above and beyond to get us moved as soon as possible. Had to give 1 star in order to do a review! Not worthy of even 1 star.... phone calls ignored not returned, viewings requested and not set up in designated time scale given or any other time come to that., staff opinion not required but given anyway !! found staff member Tracy on duty quite rude and can't be bothered attitude, even on the phone when they answer! Feels like I'm interrupting their time. I will avoid like the plague in the buying of our house.
