This was the first time we used Rook Matthews Sayer and were very impressed by the service. I've never known an estate agent work so hard for their money. They were involved with both the sale and purchase of our new property. Their knowledge and advice was first class. Rook Matthews Sayer have restored my faith in rental agencies after it had been completely shattered by the utterly dire Groves Residential.

RMS are efficient, proactive, reactive, organised and display good communication skills. The application process was a very easy and smooth transaction and I was kept informed of progress.

I had an unpleasant experience renting from Rook Matthews Sayer.

They sneaked into my contract that my utilities would automatically be switched to Spark Energy (who have previously ceased trading / gone bust) who aren't the cheapest of energy suppliers - presumably RMS get a payment from Spark to do this. I missed this clause in the contract and had further difficulties trying to swtich back.
