Huge support, guidance and advice from all at the Forest Hall branch. Selling for my father we had an idea of what we wanted price wise and had quite a few viewing without any offers. They were happy to continue with our price but were very upfront and stated that the feedback was it was too high a price and to evaluate it if we could, we took their advice and an offer came within weeks and sold straight away. So pleased we took their advice very professional honest and upfront. Thank you all

After my offer was accepted RMS did absolutely nothing to help in the sale process, three times letting me down when they had agreed to meet at the property with the keys to allow for tradesmen to give quotes or inspect the property.
Fortunately there was no chain, but this was the only thing that saved the sale as the process could have easily fallen apart due to their incompetence and inability to turn up when agreed. I'd absolutely recommend using anyone else before RMS.

Although the staff may have changed over the years I have still received excellent service. Timely responses, being kept up to date, along with help and advice. We've also had a few giggles along the way too. I have spoken or been in contact with all members of the current team and they've all been so friendly and helpful, especially David.
