RMS sold my property on day one so excellent. The follow up by the staff was also excellent, especially Matthew Wright, who kept us informed right up to completion.
So why just the four star rating? Well RMS recommend a solicitor who, in my opinion, we found to be disappointing. A very simple sale took six months to complete, and was very stressful. Maybe all conveyance agents take too long and are too bureaucratic?
If you pick your own legal team then RMS as an estate agent would get five stars from us.

Ellie Murray was excellent throughout the whole process of selling my house. She was always on the ball, kept communication flowing between both sides, and really pushed things forward to get the sale completed.
Her professionalism and persistence made a big difference, and it was clear she genuinely cared about getting everything over the line. Ellie is a real credit to the company and I’d highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property. Dean
