Ivana was brilliant and we really felt like she was working with us rather than treating us as another sale like a lot estate agents. There are always some issues with moving in to a new place but she made the experience as seamless as possible and a really positive one with all the effort she put in! Townends in general has been a pleasure to work with and we're really happy they're managing our property as well, as they've been very quick to sort things out and mediate between us and the landlord. I just wanted to add Katy in particular has been awesome so far with this and managing this property!
