Excellent Service from Townends Earlsfield!!
Diana and Ivana were really helpful in helping me find the ideal home to move into. They were great when it came to communicating and were always truthful to me when it came to giving me information about my renting options.
I would highly recommend renting from them for anyone who needs an honest agent (which are very hard to come by these days)

I am one of 3 professionals sharing a property managed by Townends and our experience with them has been fantastic.
From meeting with Ivana and Diana from the Earlsfield branch, they immediately understood what we were looking for taking into account our combined needs, completely putting us at ease with their professionalism and warm approach. The viewings they offered were for entirely relevant properties and it didn't take long to find the one we wanted, they were then instrumental in helping us secure the tenancy all with delivering in very short preferred timeline of a week. The manner and speed of dealing with the registration and referencing for a shared tenancy, with a few curve balls, was impeccable, and meant that we were able to move in on our desired date. The entire process was seamless and now a month in to the property, we are now in the capable hands of our property manager, Katy, who was straight away called in to action to assist with resolving a hot water issue within a matter of hours on the day of moving in. We are very much happy in our new home, and cannot thank Ivana, Diana and Katy enough for making it such a pleasant experience so far.
