Darcey's commitment and care for me and my partner is above the standard, anything we were worried about or had any questions she was able to make us feel better and able to answer any of our questions. I’m so thankful to Katie and Darcey on the lettings team and really impressed with their standard of care and commitment. It’s been hard finding a new home to rent but we’ve really felt supported by Katie throughout the whole process and have been really impressed with her supportive nature and communication. I’ve really felt like she’s got our back in matching us up with a good home and landlord.

She answered all my questions openly during the viewing and went way above and beyond during a stressful referencing stage (nothing to do with Stirling Ackroyd). Even nearly a year later, she's still delighted to help wherever possible. As a tenant, we don't normally receive (or expect to receive) a reliable service but I'm happy to confirm that's exactly what I've been given- many thanks.
