I've had consistently good experiences with CJ Hole Bishopston. Senior Sale Negotiator Liam has been a great help in particular. I've done several viewings with him now, and he has made a noticeable effort to understand my situation and property search criteria. He has a positive 'can do' attitude and works hard to sell houses. This included staying late to do an out-of-hours viewing to fit around my work schedule, and acting as a great 'middle man' between myself and a seller to try and agree a deal between us. I have not yet brought a house through them, but CJ Hole's proactive approach really stands out compared to other estate agents.

Very highly recommended! They helped us through the process, giving us a whole bunch of useful information (we were first-time buyers so knew basically nothing), kept us in the loop throughout, chased up solicitors, all in all an excellent service!

I had a really positive experience with Liam. He was friendly, approachable, and very helpful while showing me around the property. He gave me useful information about the house and, what I particularly appreciated, added extra details based on the things I was asking about and talking about as we walked through. It made the viewing feel much more personal and informative rather than just a standard tour.

Excellent service across the board. From sales and marketing a challenging property to sell to communication and work during post offer. They were excellent, working with us and taking our thoughts into consideration while providing professional advice. Very happy with the service we received from CJ Hole Hucclecote in the sale of our house.
From the initial advice about preparing the property for marketing, through the numerous accompanied viewings they arranged, to securing a satisfactory offer and ultimately a sale they kept us informed throughout.
Its a conscientious ‘go the extra mile’ service you get from what is a family run business. They are approachable, always return calls, and importantly their commission is very competative.
I have no hesitation in recommmending CJ Hole, Hucclecote.

Such a great team of people. They went over and above to help me. The photography is excellent (thank you Kevin) and communication, from Bonnie especially, was second to none. Justin managed the viewings and offers we had really well. We didn't sell our property in the end (no fault of the estate agents) but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We will be coming back when we want to sell again!

Exceptionally poor communication throughout.
Complaints process a sham.
High staff turn over with no real single point of contact or person showing your property so a complete lack of consistency.
