All hats must go off to Julie Davies at CJ Hole! We had a nightmare sale, with a 7-house chain and numerous setbacks, issues, and timing problems. Julie was incredible throughout, helping with all the problems that popped up, and frankly getting the thing over the line. If it wasn't for Julie, I am sure the whole thing would have collapsed. 10/10

What a hardworking, dedicated and friendly team.<br><br>My two main contacts, Andy and Emily, were a delight to work with. They are knowledgeable, strategic, collaborative and persistent. I felt seen, supported and not like ‘just another client’. My house sale was not straight forward but they never wavered and supported me throughout. Highly recommend

I’m a first time buyer and have had Ed Thornton, Senior Sales negotiator, as my POC at CJ Hole. When I first viewed the property, he was very prompt at getting back to me with precise answers to any questions I had. Now that my offer has been accepted, he has been great at keeping me up to date on the status of the chain and at every stage of the buying process, and he’s been quick to respond to any questions I have. This has been great as a FTB, as this is all a new experience for me, and having someone approachable and proactive at CJ Hole through this process has been amazing.

A great team at C J Hole Henleaze.<br>From initial visit with Tim, to viewings with different members of staff, through to the superwoman that is Lorraine...everyone was a pleasure to deal with.<br>Our sale was not the most straight forward and Lorraine kept fantastic communication going the whole time, which was really appreciated.<br>Would certainly use again for any future sale.<br>Thanks Team!

Couldn’t recommend CJ hole enough! Kate was amazing throughout our whole purchase, she gave us weekly updates and helped push for the completion date we wanted! Would definitely recommend. If we ever needed to sell again would go with CJ Hole.

Justin and his team did an excellent job looking after a number of properties for me in central Cheltenham over the past 4+ years.<br>CJ Hole has proven by far the most professional rental management company I dealt with over the past 15 years. Prompt attention to tenant and landlord concerns, swift to deal with any maintenance issues flagged and effective at securing reliable & usually responsible tenants.<br>Thank you in particular to Tinha, Zara and more recently Sara who did a great job of keeping tenants and landlord happy and making all stakeholders' lives simpler.<br>I am sorry to be parting company with CJH but unfortunately the RRA & current & anticipated UK governmental policy has killed the attractiveness of the rental market for many.
