I have had a positive experience with Coopers. We started to view houses for the 2 weeks and they have been excellent with the service and Ella has been wondeful to help us find houses and answer any questions we had during the viewings and this has been stress-free. Coopers have been my tenancy agents for around 7 months. I must say so far so good. The interactions I have had with them so far, in particular Chloe at the West Drayton office has been excellent. We are extremely happy with the service Coopers Ickenham office (and in particular Russell Jones) provided in our recent house sale.
Russell was very knowledgeable about the local area and house prices therein and took the time to have a detailed discussion with us about how best to market our house. Throughout the process he regularly checked in with us (and the buyer) to ensure that things were running as smoothly as possible - not easy to do with a chain!
We would thoroughly recommend Coopers Ickenham Office and Russell to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I have been using Coopers for many many years. They recently managed a very difficult re-letting for me. Dipesh, Eleanor and Shivani were super supportive throughout the process giving me guidance, advice and support in the re-let. They were available as needed (often out of hours) and responsive in their dealings. Highly recommend.
