I recently sold my flat in Billericay with Douglas Allen and had a great experience with them, from the initial valuation which was far more thorough than the two other valuations I had from other estate agents, through to the selling process with Oscar Garcia attending all the visitations and helping to show prospective buyers around, and then with Tanya Keene who was on top of absolutely everything and ensured that the sale progressed through to completion despite difficulties with the solicitors and management company.
I'm confident in saying that without Oscar and Tanya's work (along with everyone else at Douglas Allen whose names I fear I cannot recall - apologies!), the sale would not have completed.
A big thank you to everyone involved - when I come to sell my new property I will definitely be coming back to Douglas Allen.

The Wickford team delivered fantastic service from start to finish, making the whole process stress-free and straightforward. I want to give a special mention to Natasha Tomlins, who was brilliant throughout – her guidance and support helped me navigate my first house sale with ease, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was turned around. I genuinely appreciated being kept updated at every stage and always felt reassured knowing Natasha was on hand to answer any questions.

One star shouldn't be an option to describe the service me and my partner received. Absolutely terrible communication constantly having to chase for an update didn't even bother to let us know that the seller had gone with someone else. They did not handle us professionally at all and acted like they didn't care, constantly rushing us off the off.

The staff at Douglas Allen are lovely, but sadly, I didn't have one viewing.
I do feel that after they advertised on line, they just waited for the phone to ring.
Having said that, it is currently a difficult market. Perhaps my valuation exceeded customers expectations???
But on the grounds of the company being very approachable and friendly, I would recommend them.
