We had a really positive experience with Ellis & Co throughout the whole letting process. Ross and Katarina were both very helpful, responsive and kept us informed at every stage, which made everything much easier during what can be quite a stressful time when moving home.<br>Everything was handled professionally, and we really appreciated their support leading up to our move-in. When we arrived, we also found a lovely little welcome box with some crackers and sweets waiting for us — a simple gesture, but such a thoughtful touch that made us feel very welcome in our new home.<br>Thank you again to Ross, Katarina and the rest of the Ellis & Co team for making the process so smooth. We had a flat rented through Ellis & Co Bethnal Green from 2014 to 2026. Throughout this period we found the team very helpful and diligent in looking after our property. We have now sold the property through them and the sale process was smooth. We are happy to reccomend them.

The estate agents who work here are fantastic especially Jay and Krupesh , they helped me rent the perfect home for my family. They were very helpful and supportive they walked me through the whole process communicating effectively with me keeping me up to date with everything.
