I would like to put a review on the wembley branch. The staff was very late in replying to me but Vinnay who is new to the agency I think literally took care of me soon as I entered the office and even managed to courtesly take me to a viewing in his car to a viewing. Very active employee who helps people. I will make sure your my first point of contact. Thanks Vinnay.

Working together with Ellis & Co on tackling home appliance complaints over 2023 has been a pleasure, and if you're still thinking about doing business with them.....don't. They're trustworthy and with good intentions. Communication has never been an issue. They're open and transparent, and have enabled me to help more landlords take care of their homes, and more tenants to have their basic kitchen essentials provided for them at a high standard. 11/10.

I cannot praise Alicia Casingena enough. She is incredible at her job and knows exactly what she's doing, she kept us updated all the way through making herself available for any queries at all times and even during a period when the market wasn't at it's best she did not slow down! She sold our house and navigated everything extremely quickly and smoothly. She's determined and driven with a passion like no other in the most graceful and dignified way. Apart from all of the above the thing that helped the most is being able to see so transparently that this woman has integrity. Knowing we could trust her it allowed us to leave everything in her hands. I've heard so many people say that selling and buying is stressful, but it wasn't at all. Every Estate Agents need an Alicia. Thank you so much, you're the best!!!

Out of nowhere I chose Ellis & Co Kenton,whilst being in the area to provide a valuation for the sale of my property. They always say “first impression's”count. I can’t thank Carl & Viren enough for their entire professionalism and patience. Although the sale went through pretty rapidly -May 23 my solicitor “dragged her heels” which meant completion took 9 months and would have been longer if Carl and Viren had not intervened to help expedite the necessary documents, which I had no control over.
I have now moved out of the area, but I would not hesitate to choose them again if they covered the other side of the world!
Thank you Carl and Viren, keep up the good work you have been brilliant!
