?Very disappointing experience with EweMove.
?I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant.
?To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused.
?I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

We honestly could not recommend Paul highly enough. From start to finish he has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process.
By far the most proactive, friendly, and helpful estate agent we have ever dealt with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he constantly went out of his way to make sure everything got done and kept moving forward.
Paul communicated with us every step of the way, chased things up when needed, and genuinely cared about getting everything sorted for us. To be honest, he did more work than the solicitors at times!
A huge thank you to Paul for all of the hard work, support, and professionalism. He is a real credit to the company and genuinely deserves a raise for how much effort he puts in.

Shaz was our estate agent for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our previous house. We cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication.
He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair.
Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years.
If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!

We are very happy with EweMove and their bespoke approach to marketing properties. They provide a personal service where only one person shows viewers around and has learnt everything about the property so any questions asked can be answered with confidence. We had 19 viewings and sold our property within a month of being advertised. Plus their charges included vat which the majority of other agents add on so that’s an immediate saving of 20%.
