Didn’t feel they put any effort in, in the beginning. I didn’t like the photos and once they’d taken pics, I didn’t hear from them for ages. The house didn’t go on the market for a couple of weeks and when it did, it took ages for them to do a showing.

Utter shambles when it came to the advertising of our property, the images were horrendously edited and the wording was a mess, the whole advert looked shocking. We have been on the market for 6months now and have finally come to the end of contract with Haart. Like all sales people, they tend to have a way of bullshitting their way out of things. We’ve had some good viewings with them, but unfortunately still haven’t sold with them. Someone contacted me and asked what happened with our advert as they had been interested but with all the messy wording and pictures they changed their mind and unfortunately didn’t want to view. I’m worried that this may have put other viewers off too.
Punctuality, honesty and professionalism do not seem to be their strong point, which is a shame as they have the highest rate in our area so we expected excellent service. Lincoln branch seem to be a lot more switched on so would advise using them if advertising with Haart
