Meetings were cancelled at the last minute. They made a video and we were told it would be used on social media but it never went anywhere. Our house wasn't even advertised on Haarts own website. At one point out house was removed from Rightmove and On the Market and Haart wasn't even aware of it - overall a very disappointing experience.

Just brought a property from Haart in Grantham, it was a friendly experience from start to finish. I dealt with Tracey Nicholls who gave me some great advice and got me the house of my dreams. Tracey called me straight away with any news regarding offers etc and kept me in the loop, all the staff I dealt with had a friendly helpful nature.
