Thoroughly pleasant experience at a time of great stress
Evie was knowledgeable and just lovely throughout the process. She was also great with my kids during the viewings - clearly prepared to go the extra mile
Kept me in touch through the process and the tenant system used (goodlord) was easy to work through and gave good visibility

Really sold themselves well and I bought into the pitch . Failed to deliver - zero communication - no effort - no update . No suggestions and didn’t provide any feedback after visit and had to chase them for everything -
