Rosanna Diaper was a true professional, communication with her throughout the sale was excellent and she made the whole process so much easier than I expected. In what is probably the most stressful time of your life Rosanna and her colleagues were just brilliant and just so helpful throughout the sale.

James Squirrell dealt with a difficult and protracted sale magnificently. He was proactive, chasing the purchasers their estate agent and solicitor but with tact and diplomacy so that relationships remained amicable and the sale eventually completed without any dramas. Liz and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and his team at the Ipswich office.

Rob Swiney was friendly, very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. He kept us updated through the whole process and any questions we had he answered promptly. We would highly recommend jackson-stops estate agents, based on the sale of our house.
With special mention to Hannie Theobald who kept us informed, updated and who handled negotiations and other parties involved with true care and attention.
She definately goes above and beyond, and I believe the chain would have broken several times if it was not for her ability to listen, and find solutions. She is everything an estate agent should be, and more.

Anthony and Christina were very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Christina in particular went the extra mile on more than one occasion to ensure everything, from sale to completion, stayed on track. She was amazing.

James Caffrey looked after my recent sale. I cannot praise him more highly. He worked so hard helping me - even on a Sunday. I couldn’t have had a more capable, long suffering person advising me and guiding through the sale. He was superb.
