A first class experience from viewing to exchange of contracts. Victoria was attentive, understanding and proactive in resolving numerous problems on the way through our purchase. She went above and beyond to address the complications of a sale where many would have failed. Always polite, helpful and courteous and good humoured throughout a roller coaster chain -complicated sale, After a 35 year career in Agency myself ,this is how it’s done. Thank you! Highly recommended Mark Rushton-Maynard... Read more

From the beginning of our process of selling and buying, we have been incredibly impressed with the knowledge, efficiency and genuine hard work of the staff at John D Wood in Southfields, and especially Lewis, Jack and Chris. They worked tirelessly to get both our sale and purchase through the sometimes very painful process to exchange and completion, keeping on top of the whole chain who were at different stages, and most importantly, keeping us informed with how things were going, where the bottlenecks were, chasing solicitors etc. And providing great advice using their knowledge of the market and area, plus experience in the industry to help us get over the line. It has been a real pleasure working with them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.... Read more

Moving house is a stressful and sometimes frustrating process, so it always helps when you encounter people who are professional and competent : )... Read more

I worked with Romy and a few others at this agency to rent my flat and had an amazing experience! They were super friendly and lovely to work with, super fast in last minute viewings and offers, responded quickly and I was able to move into my flat within less than a week of putting an offer in. Overall, they made the process of putting in an offer and moving into my flat seamless and were incredibly friendly and helpful after the fact as well. Would definitely recommend working with the team here!... Read more

Cyntia is an absolute lifesaver! My husband and I were let down by another agency with less than 24 hours’ notice, while trying to find a short-term rental for seven weeks. Cyntia literally saved the day by arranging this beautiful apartment for us, allowing us to move in the very next day! It’s honestly mind blowing when you think about it. She went above and beyond to do everything she could to secure a place for us at such short notice. If it wasn’t for Cyntia and her team, I genuinely don’t know what we would have done. Thank you so much!... Read more
