From the beginning of our process of selling and buying, we have been incredibly impressed with the knowledge, efficiency and genuine hard work of the staff at John D Wood in Southfields, and especially Lewis, Jack and Chris. They worked tirelessly to get both our sale and purchase through the sometimes very painful process to exchange and completion, keeping on top of the whole chain who were at different stages, and most importantly, keeping us informed with how things were going, where the bottlenecks were, chasing solicitors etc. And providing great advice using their knowledge of the market and area, plus experience in the industry to help us get over the line. It has been a real pleasure working with them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We dealt with Chris Chambers at John D Wood during our recent house purchase and were very impressed - communication was excellent and Chris did a good job of keeping things moving along. Moving house is a stressful and sometimes frustrating process, so it always helps when you encounter people who are professional and competent : )

I worked with Romy and a few others at this agency to rent my flat and had an amazing experience! They were super friendly and lovely to work with, super fast in last minute viewings and offers, responded quickly and I was able to move into my flat within less than a week of putting an offer in. Overall, they made the process of putting in an offer and moving into my flat seamless and were incredibly friendly and helpful after the fact as well. Would definitely recommend working with the team here!

Cyntia is an absolute lifesaver!<br><br>My husband and I were let down by another agency with less than 24 hours’ notice, while trying to find a short-term rental for seven weeks. Cyntia literally saved the day by arranging this beautiful apartment for us, allowing us to move in the very next day!<br><br>It’s honestly mind blowing when you think about it. She went above and beyond to do everything she could to secure a place for us at such short notice. If it wasn’t for Cyntia and her team, I genuinely don’t know what we would have done.<br><br>Thank you so much!

I have just exchanged on the sale of my house in St Margarets and couldn’t be happier with the service I received from John D Wood.<br>They introduced me to the ideal off-market buyer, meaning I was able to avoid the stress of a full marketing campaign. That said, I was also very impressed by their proposed marketing, brochures and overall approach, which I felt were superior to those offered by other agents I spoke to.<br>Daniel and Jane were both instrumental in getting the exchange over the line within a tight timeframe and were excellent throughout the process.<br>I would happily recommend John D Wood to anyone looking to sell in the area.
