From that point onwards, he was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, always approachable and willing to help. After experiencing several issues and having lost faith in our previous Harlow based letting agent, we approached Kings in Church Langley with a view to transferring our business, specifically Brodie Clark, their Regional Lettings Manager.<br>From our initial telephone contact with Brodie to our meeting with her in person shortly afterwards, she has been consistently knowledgeable, proactive, transparent and thoroughly efficient with regards to the transferral of the management of our properties. She has liaised effectively with our tenants, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and in place and on numerous occasions she persistently chased our previous agents who stalled the process.<br>Having instilled a much needed confidence in us, we are looking forward to dealing with Brodie and her team at Kings moving forward.

Outstanding Service from Kings Group Walthamstow<br><br>I honestly cannot recommend Kings Group Walthamstow, and especially Dan, highly enough.<br><br>Selling my parents’ property was an extremely difficult and emotional process, with a number of challenging circumstances along the way. From the very beginning, Dan went above and beyond to support us and guide us through the whole process.<br><br>His communication was absolutely excellent. He kept us informed, was always available when we needed him, and never made us feel like we were being a nuisance, no matter how many questions or concerns we had. When things became particularly difficult, Dan remained calm, professional and incredibly supportive.<br><br>What really stood out was that he genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us. He went far beyond what I would have expected from an estate agent and made a very stressful situation so much easier to manage.<br><br>We are extremely grateful to Dan for everything he did for us.
