I have recently sold my property through King's group.
From the outset, they brought a clear, structured approach to sale process. Being present and engaged throughout the sale.
Junaid gave us guidance, not just in selling, but also in helping us understand what to look for when buying our next home.
This made a big difference in how confident we felt when making decisions.
On Completion, Stefan was very helpful, he went above and beyond, he supported me alot.
Throughout, they were professional, reliable, and reassuring to deal with. Very friendly people.
Overall, a very positive experience and a team we would happily recommend.

5 stars to Ross and Ellie who have been incredible helping us get our new home! Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make sure it happened for us. I will recommend them to everyone, I would give 6 stars if I could!!!

We recently found ourselves needing to move from a rental property at very short notice due to unforeseen circumstances that made it impossible for us to remain. Luke and Sarah from the Kings Harlow office were absolutely amazing throughout our selling-to-buying journey. Sarah, in particular, went above and beyond her role over a challenging six-month period, being available 24/7 and supporting us through every obstacle. Without her dedication and guidance, we truly don’t think we would have kept the chain moving to completion. Their professionalism, commitment, and personal touch helped make what could have been an extremely stressful process feel manageable. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Do NOT try and sell your property with Kings Group. My partner is a cash buyer. She made enquiries about seeing a couple of properties in Tottenham Hale. The agency never arranged it but bombarded her with mortgage advice emails that she doesn’t need and never signed up to. As a result she will never get to see those properties (Kings Group are clearly not interested in selling) and now if she sees any property advertised by Kings Group she ignores it. If you are with this agency please change. They are as bad as Fox and Sons
