We would like to highlight the utter professionalism, courtesy and respect of our Estate Agent Joe Bartlett. He is cool under pressure, helpful and his kindness right to the point of handover and post sale speaks volumes to him in paying complete attention to his clients and he was immensely respectful to the requirements of our needs.
Joe went above and beyond particularly when complex matters arose calmly managing these and he was diligent in the most important aspects of communication. This is a skilled person who represents his Employer highly. He is invested in the client’s needs as much as for the business.
We thank him especially, for understanding the importance and value of honesty in this profession.

I had an excellent experience with this agency. Michael was extremely helpful in my (long) search for a flat and he went out of his way to help me even with my own selling process, recommending me options and giving me general advice. He was honest and knowledgeable about every property I went to view. He kept in mind my preferences and was able to find and recommend suitable properties. He always followed up on any queries or issues I had. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the area and even if you aren't buying in the area, he'll find someone who can help :)

I had a great experience working with both Charlie and Alfie at Kings, they are both very friendly and helpful. They kept me in the loop and chased the Seller's lawyers when needed to get the house exchanged. Would definitely recommend

I used Tottenham &Haringey branch services to let my property out. The whole process went well with just minimal issues which were resolved by the staff as soon as they arisen. When it comes to service I received, there were a couple of things which stand out for me. Firstly, I was well informed about the offered services and different options available to me. Secondly, all my queries were answered without delays. I mostly dealt with China, who was just amazing but I would also like to mention her colleagues Shivali and Summer who support me at different stages of the letting process. I'd definitely recommend this estate agency.

During the process of purchasing my flat I have listed and spoken to a numerous mortgage brokers. Despite the fact that my purchase proceeded with another estate agancy, I selected King's Group mortgage advisor. Stefano provided enormous knowledge, motivation and support that we needed at the time. Out of a dosen mortgage brokers I've spoken to, he was exceptional to us because he turned the very complicated purchase into a pleasant experience. The part of the process I was predicting would be the mot exhausting one, turned out to be completed in less than a week, thanks to Stefano, and that to me is an excellent client care and dedication. I will always ask for his services as I am certain I will get the best of a deal with Stefano. In a future I will recommend Stefano to all my family and friends who need financial advice and services of a professional and outstanding broker.

The experience I have had with Kings Group is amazing. Couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. Anything I needed they did their utmost to sort it out as fast as possible and I couldn't be more grateful for that as they really helped me through the situation I was in. Zanna was wonderful, warm friendly and professional from start to finish. She not only helped us with our initial enquiry but sent us thoughtful suggestions for other properties
What really set her apart however was her openness and honesty a really rare quality and so essential when looking for a home.
