Andrea was fantastic throughout the process of selling our property. Exceptional team. Can't recommend them highly enough - Amrita, Harry and Saskia at Brook Green branch are brilliant. Sadly our chain fell through twice but they worked really hard to try and make things work for us.

While I was still living at the property, I returned from a short lunchtime trip to Lidl and found a Marsh & Parsons representative with my landlord inside my bedroom, despite me having received no 24 hours’ written notice and having agreed no mutually acceptable appointment for access. I have now escalated the matter formally because I am deeply dissatisfied with both what happened and the way my complaint is being handled.
