Great experience with marsh & parsons for our first time renting in London. Tyanna (Our agent) told us about the local area and was very friendly & approachable. Rachel was also great and helped us out whenever we needed. All the staff are very helpful whenever we’ve had to call / dropped in even if they’re not directly involved. A great group of agents, very professional but also chilled atmosphere when you go in and need something. Great communication & they quickly sorted and guided us through the renting process. They also bailed me out when I’d locked myself out of my flat in my PJs with no phone - heroes ??

Great experience working with M&P to find a flat in London, especially for someone who just moved to the city from overseas.
Paul in particular was incredibly helpful. It can be quite time-intensive scrolling though properties on Zoopla/OpenRent without getting a response back – in contrast, Paul responded to my inquiry right away. He was professional and communicative throughout the whole process, and also very friendly: I felt well-supported throughout the search and application process, and in the end Paul helped me find an incredible flat. Would definitely recommend working with Paul and this team.

I can’t praise this estate agency too highly. From the very start the whole team was positive and proactive. They obtained a good price for the sale our property and arranged a large number of high-quality viewings that resulted in sale in a relatively short period of time. Where Callum and his team really delivered was after the sale had been agreed – making sure that nothing derailed the process before exchange. This is where the real value of an estate agent shows – and they were terrific. All estate agents are not the same – and Marsh & Parsons, Queens Park proves it.
