Excellent service from Rachel. She was on the ball at all times and went out of her way to help. Incredibly well spoken and polite. Couldn't have asked for more. Sadly the head office were not as good and should take a leaf out of Tooting's books!

Unfortunately there is no option to select 0 out of 5 stars for this review, so to reflect the appallingly distasteful experience i have had to select 1 out of 5 stars.

In effort to avoid posting an entire essay, I shall cut the long story short: Prospective tenant, put in an offer on a property which was subsequently accepted and went to contracts and referencing. Landlord pulled out of the deal during referencing (tenancy at this point was signed). Marsh and Parsons took the decision to retain 270.00 as an ‘administrative fee’ despite all documents I signed being peppered with “I also understand that should I withdraw from an accepted offer the administration fee of £225 plus VAT is non-refundable” – I would like to highlight again, that the Landlord pulled out of the offer.

It is a massive shame that an Estate agency with such a large presence in London would conduct business in such an unethical manner, essentially trying to pull a fast one and keep money that they are not legally obliged to keep.

Safe to say I will never deal with M&P again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately it looks like I will have to progress with legal proceedings.

Communication with negotiator wasn't so great to begin with but overall had a good experience with M&P. Moving in process was fast and easy without any complications. Would use them again for their efficiency! Thank you for your help with my search!

I made the mistake of trying both an online agent and another local agent to sell my property, neither came anywhere near Marsh & Parsons in Tooting who did exactly what they said they would. Frequent viewings were generated from across their local branches, I received weekly updates, John-Paul and his team were efficient, professional, supportive and helpful from the start right through to completion. I cannot rate them highly enough and only wish I had gone with them in the first place.

A very positive experience with M&P Tooting, although it was their Brixton branch that found the buyer, supporting their claim at the outset that the property would be promoted from branches beyond Tooting. To be honest I had thought that was just sales talk, but the end result proved me wrong. Viewing levels were healthy, and feedback was excellent. So many agents are terrible about keeping client;'s informed, so this was a big factor for me. An individual mention for David at the Brixton branch for his professionalism throughout, and his skill in persuading buyers searching outside the area to come and view the property. It's that sort of knowledge and skill that differentiates good traditional agents from the plethora of cheap online only agents that are available.

I decided to sell my house in a somewhat ambiguous market time (post brexit and including the summer months). From the offset the team at Marsh and Pearsons were professional, attentive and well informed (without being overly pushy). John Paul and the residential sales team never wavered in their concerted efforts to introduce an impressive number of potential buyers to my property and kept me updated regularly. Once I had accepted an offer, Natasha and John Paul totally rocked the communications with both sets of solicitors and pushed politely but firmly for things to move as quickly as was possible towards a completion date. This experience has restored my faith in the Estate Agency profession. A job well done- thank you!

They were extremely informative and helpful which was perfect as a first time buyer.

When the solicitors were trying to hold things up marsh and parsons went above and beyond to proactively chase the sale and ensure we completed on time.

The service from Rupert and Emily in Marsh & Parsons Barnes, and Fiona from the property management service in Hammersmith has been excellent, absolutely faultless. They ensured an offer I made on an amazing rental property was put through to the landlord very quickly, with a response within two hours. All my questions on the property have been promptly answered, and very pleased with the level of personal attention that has been given. I'm a busy City professional, so this kind of service is very welcome. I will hopefully be in this place for quite a while, but would use M&P again in the future.
