This is a company that takes a substantial amount of money asking for money up front then asking for more and more money for checks and deposits from a young family who are expecting their first baby. Leading them up the garden path showing them a house then not follow it through. How many people have they conned by taking large amounts of money then not letting the house to them. Absolutely appauled how they get away with this. How can you sleep at night.

Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

We have sold our house and purchasing a new property with Newton Fallowell and cannot thank Georgina enough for all her help during this time. Georgina has been extremely professional, very open and honest and always available either by email or telephone which I believe is of great importance when dealing with a house sale or purchase.
