Ben at Newton Fallowell in Burton on Trent took on organising everything in preparation and leading up to Letting my property for the first time . Ben and his team were brilliant from start to finish - helpful with queries that I had - very efficient- and provided exactly the professional service that I required. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area needing a letting service.

I am delighted to write a review for Newton Fallowell Estate Agents, Mansfield. They were all "on it" from the beginning. My first contact with Jordan, who was enthusiastic and contagiously positive with her ideas, to the incredible friendly, efficient, supportive, professional and again positive and professional, lovely Laura (who answered all my questions and great to talk to!(all of them were)!)). All supported by Ellie, who also kept everything moving, nothing was too much trouble and the communication was fabulous. A fabulous team. The price is good and between them, they made everything seem easy. I am so grateful to them for making me feel that I am in "good hands". I have had experience with other Estate Agents and can honestly say, Newton Fallowell have been the BEST.

Absolutely first class service from Newton Fallowell.<br>They have been so proactive, professional but always friendly and approachable in securing the right buyer for my property.<br>All the team have been great, nothing is too much trouble. After being really disappointed by the last estate I used for tenant finds I thought I’d give Newton Fallowell a go, as I was impressed when I purchased my last property through them. Wow what a breath of fresh air. They have just helped me re let two properties. Absolutely brilliant communication and efficiency. From start to finish I was kept in the loop and things went really smoothly.

Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

I've just recently completed my house purchase & from the viewing up to completion, I've been very happy with the service I received. I was liaising with Maisie throughout & she was always very helpful, friendly & prompt with her responses when I had any queries. She took the time to go through the initial application form with me & provided me with good recommendations for a solicitor & property surveyor. As a first time buyer it was a bit of a nerve-wracking process but to know I had someone I could contact & get quick answers from really helped. I can definitely recommend Newton Fallowell for house purchases.

We have sold our house and purchasing a new property with Newton Fallowell and cannot thank Georgina enough for all her help during this time. Georgina has been extremely professional, very open and honest and always available either by email or telephone which I believe is of great importance when dealing with a house sale or purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Georgina and her amazing team. 10 out of 10 ????
