An outstanding service from the team, especially Clair. Went above and beyond with her communication and ensured things progressed as smoothly as possible, keeping us updated throughout. Nothing was ever a problem and she liaised with solicitors brilliantly. They are such a friendly and professional team. We will definitely use them in the future and recommend to friends and family. From the intial call, Newton Fallowell were able to come back on a rental property we were interested in, and arrange a viewing of the rental property at short notice. Glenn called us and then met us at the property, he was exceedingly helpful ,explaining all aspects of rental, and the process clearly.

Excellent service from the Newton Fallowell Rothley the branch
staff kept us updated on the progress throughout after we had issues with the 1st buyer they quickly relisted the property and it sold a 2nd time without an issue.
