Only thing they care about is raising rent each year without getting any repairs done. Each year they will promise to fix the issues with in 2 months but nothing gets done. Keep getting quotes which expire by the time you remind them. I have been left without running water for more than 24 hours. I have 3 children 5 year old, 18 months old and 6 months old. Would give them minus star if there was a way.

Very poor response. No updates at all. Had to send several emails texts and voicemails to get a response.
Finally wanted to bring the value of the property by 25/30% to secure a deal.
Sorry but wouldn’t recommend.
