WARNING to all rental tenants. Beware! This company do not vet their landlords or care for tenants welfare, I’d strongly advise you steer clear.<br><br>They lumbered me with a psychotic landlord, and Instead of dealing with their own dispute with her, left me to deal with an ugly situation they caused in the first place.<br><br>I had to move out just to get away from an unhinged landlord who was constantly harassing me, and Portico did not step in to help me with any of it. The episode caused me and my family untold distress, affected my mental wellbeing and cost me a fortune.<br><br>I spoke to the so-called 'manager' about it and all he cared about was grabbing a tidy profit from the situation. Even the staff said the landlord was 'trouble' but i'm the one that took the hit.<br><br>Don't listen to the positive reviews, if things go wrong they will leave you high n dry.<br>Bad people, bad company, don't grace them with your custom, save yourself and go elsewhere.

Excellent service and communication through my buying process. Paul and Caroline were all the time aware of my emails and willing forward to help me, from the beginning with the viewings and during the entire process. Definitely Portico has been so far the best service for a real estate agent that I have experienced.

My property manager Anca Coman has been absolutely wonderful. She has been incredibly helpful throughout my entire tenancy. She kept me well-informed about any updates or changes regarding the property. I couldn't have asked for a better property manager!

I cannot recommend Sumaiya Islam highly enough! She has been absolutely amazing in managing my property from start to finish. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about providing the best possible service. When my property manager changed, I immediately realised what a difference Sumaiya had made. I specifically requested to have her back because of the outstanding job she does, and I’m so glad I did. She consistently goes above and beyond, keeps me informed every step of the way, and handles everything efficiently, giving me complete peace of mind.<br><br>It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Sumaiya is a real credit to the team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager they can truly trust. I have a few flats with Portico and Sumaiya has been handling my affairs for a while now. I must add that I was concerned to learn that Sumaiya no longer worked in the Ilford office, however I was quickly at ease as she is now in Leyton looking after 2 of my flats. It goes without saying that her service has been exemplary thus far and I hope it continues for years to come

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Ben L for a walk-in appointment. We were new to the UK and were having great difficulty getting anyone at agencies across the city to speak with us. Ben accepted us as walk-ins and allowed us to see several units. Ben was very communicative and worked hard to get our offers in front of prospective landlords.<br><br>Ben left such a great impression on us and were thankful for the hard work he put forth on our behalf.
