Helpful information received at the start and good communication received through to the sale. The property advert listed was inviting to potential buyers and a sale was agreed (STC) in a short period of time. The valuation figure was not acheived, not sure whether that was acheivable over a longer period on the market or set slightly too high.

Exceptional service from start to finish. The team at Bradshaw Farnham & Lea made the entire process feel personal, friendly and professional.
A special mention must go to Laura and Kyle, who have been brilliant throughout and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Their communication was outstanding, and they were always on hand to answer questions and provide updates.
For every viewing, they were there early, opening up the property, adjusting blinds and ensuring everything was ready before we arrived. They were knowledgeable about the houses we viewed and, if they didn’t know the answer to a question immediately, they always followed up promptly by email or phone.
From making our offer through to it being accepted, we felt fully informed and supported. What really stood out was how personal the experience felt. Unlike some of the more transactional experiences we’ve had with other estate agents, Laura, Kyle and the wider team took the time to get to know us and made the whole process much less stressful.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use Bradshaw Farnham & Lea again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you for making what can be a daunting process such a positive experience.

Amy M at Bradshaw Farnham Lea West Kirby has been nothing short of amazing during the sale of my property. Amy has basically been my PA & therapist throughout all of the stress & went above & beyond for me. She chased endlessly for documentation which she was able to obtain before my solicitor, she gave continuous advice & support throughout. Nothing was too much & without her hard work, communications would have absolutely broken down & may have even resulted in a loss of sale for me. We were very happy with the service provided by Bradshaw Farnham and Lea. All the staff were keen to provide us with updates and suggestions for possible property searches.
