14th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)We wouldn’t use anyone other than Simple Approach now. Having used them twice to sell properties I strongly believe there is no one else in Perth offering the same service that they do. Both properties have been marketed quickly, sold quickly and achieved well above home report value. All viewings were attended, their opening hours are really good allowing for late/weekend viewings which many estate agents/solicitors in Perth don’t offer. Alison is extremely knowledgable about the Perth property market and will do her very best to achieve you a good price with the best service, Thea in the office was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. We have had poor experiences when viewing other properties with other agents and it really does highlight the service that they offer. Thanks Simple Approach

From organising the survey, photos and advertising, through to conducting most of the viewings, Gary was extremely approachable and professional at all times. We felt very comfortable with him showing people around our house and he did this with the utmost respect. This all resulted in a successful sale and happy customers!

3rd Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)I have lived in my apartment for 3 years, my ancient boiler got condemned two weeks ago along with the cooker which was here when i moved in, it took the landlord nearly a week to respond to residential estates about the issues, then i was advised by residential lettings to report the landlord to the council disrepair department which i did and i may add i have a vulnerable child in my care as well, the council got in touch straight away and chased them up, 11 days later i get contacted by the gas engineer company to tell me the date of the new boiler, still nothing about a new cooker, i have spent a small fortune on food and electricity feeding us and keeping us warm, no contact from residential estates, they tried saying at one point that I couldn’t be contacted which is a lie, my roof is leaking i cannot sleep in my bedroom as the ceiling is wet and starting to mold, the wall is soaking wet! Not heard anything about the roof either, is this acceptable? Freezing cold, no cooker, cold wet bedroom? Lack of communication, no oil heaters which was said was going to be brought to the property? At this point I expect compensation and the issues to be dealt with swiftly!

She also explained market conditions and kept me up to date with all the relevant information. I very much appreciated all her hard work, be it in the daytime or evening. Maureen Anderson
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

She was flexible on times when as to when we could do viewings, knowledgable about the houses we saw and responded quickly to all our queries. She also had many contacts for the different services we would need, such as mortgage brokers and lawyers, which was extremely valuable as we had only recently moved to Scotland and helped smooth out the whole process. We would highly recommend using Nicola, not only for her professionalism but her personal approach as well.
