Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and took the time to answer any of our questions, would definitely recommend.

The team is warm and friendly, always thorough, supportive and available, providing immediate responses and nothing was ever too too much trouble for them. Unfortunately, our chain broke several times and there were lots of delays throughout the process, however, WentWorth went above and beyond to support us through the whole experience. Their levels of communication in keeping us informed and their continual support during our many frantic phone calls gave the personal touch to the whole experience and we felt supported all the way through. We would totally recommend them!

The whole team at the Larkhall branch (in particular Matt, Louise and Luke who we dealt with) all did a great job. They quickly found us a buyer and achieved the sale at full asking price in a short timescale. Comms throughout the process were always transparent, proactive and timely. Happy to recommend.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 20th Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)What a great experience to have out sale handled by Fine and Country. Our Agent Matthew kept us informed throughout the whole selling process and after each viewing. The fact that an agent accompanied each potential purchaser on a visit meant that we didn’t actually meet anyone because he dealt with all questions as they arose . This was evidence of an agent fully acquainting himself with the details of the property he was selling. Well done and thank you Fine and Country I would have no hesitation in recommending your agency .- This agent doesn't have any reviews
21st Mar 2024 (18 weeks ago)A blind raccoon could run better houses than the ones Liane Hanks manages. Seriously, Liane Hanks makes money from selling the most stripped back, dysfunctional houses in bath, exploiting placement students who are unable to visit with photos of different houses, and then selling it above average price on the basis we’re students. If you want to live in a house where none of the appliances work, creatures jump out from the uncovered floorboards, there’s hidden mould you weren’t told about but have to maintain, random men come into the house unannounced to ‘check stuff’ and then do nothing and you’ll be charged for broken furniture and marks that were there in the first place then use this agency. The worst bit is, if you go to the agency in person, they mostly all seem perfectly friendly but the minute you’ve bought a house and there’s a problem with it, they turn into some passive aggressive ‘it’s not our problem if the boiler doesn’t work’. Tenants look elsewhere, landlords you’re better off renting it straight
