2nd May 2023 (1 year ago)Very pleasant, friendly and well presented and punctual agents but lacked experience which I felt contributed to poor marketing and incorrect information being passed on to prospective buyers. Communication could also have been better.

Great communication, proactive viewings, a friendly, supportive team during a very difficult time for my family, Issac has been amazing handling a difficult situation prior to us agreeing a sale professionally and with a great deal of understanding towards my concerns. He knows his clients well and has shown empathy to my difficult circumstances. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough and I am hugely grateful for their support.
22nd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)We predominately dealt with Shelly at the Frome branch through the process of buying and selling our house. Over the last 18 months Shelly has been pretty much the only agent in town who has bothered to keep me up to date with what was coming on the market etc. Not only did we sell through C&T but when it came to purchasing (also through them) they really worked hard to make the deal work for everyone. A very positive experience.

Failed at due diligence checks, exaggerated the truth when it came to advising us the position of the people who wanted to purchase our house which ended up with the transaction inevitably falling through and costing us money. Failed to take responsibility for anything, the staff in there all had the same attitude and I'd literally never recommend them to anyone. I'm not normally in to writing reviews but this is one that had to be done, if only to save others going through what we have. Would not recommend.

5th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I first met the team at Cobb Farr in November last year. This was the result of me helping a family friend to purchase a property at The Moorings in Bath. Philip Cobb was my first contact, followed by Vivienne Hayes, one of Cobb Farr's directors. I was initially struck by the friendliness, honesty and supportive approach that Vivienne provided. As time passed, it became clear that Vivienne was both tenacious and patient with both the seller and purchaser. She did an outstanding job while working on behalf of both. My friend's purchase was finally exchanged yesterday and I would thoroughly recommend Vivienne and Cobb Farr if you're buying or selling a property.

Neal Wood’s valuation was spot on (as it had been in respect of a prior house sale), and he and the team did an amazing job of marketing the property. The first people to view came forward with a serious offer which I was very happy to accept. They - particularly Kim - then held my hand through the entire transaction, which was not easy due to unforeseen issues at the bottom of the chain, in what was a very difficult mortgage market. They were patient, communicative, and overall extremely professional. Thank you Hamptons.- 17th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Wonderful experience with Carrianne in the Frome branch. It really makes a difference knowing you are looked after with any issues being resolved quickly and with obvious care for tenants with them. Although the same can be said for all members of staff I have spoken to, a special mention to Abi (or Abbie!) who I have mainly spoken to. Thank you Wrights Residential Team!
15th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Tenants and landlords look no further. You will not find greater professionalism, swift communication, industry experience and teamwork anywhere in Bath. Nicola Wilkes (Lettings) and Sharon Clesham (Sales) run a very slick operation and whatever your needs (a new home to rent or letting a new or existing rental property) they will guide you through the process to complete satisfaction. I say this having been a landlord with them for many years and recently been introduced (by Nicola) to another investment opportunity. I am nothing short of amazed by the sleek communication between Sales and Lettings and myself (these ladies know more about property than anyone you’ll meet in Bath and they and their teams are a real pleasure to work with). What I want out of rental property is a great investment but ONLY if my tenants are happy. I need them well looked after and at the top of my agent’s priority list. With the Apartment Company tenants are the priority. And yet this outstanding company deliver more financially to me than any other agent we’ve used in Bath. If you don’t make money, they don’t make money so its a win-win. If you are a first-time landlord and considering a move to renting in Bath (but not sure the best way to go about this), talk to Nicola and Sharon. You won’t regret it. If I was buying a new home for myself, Sharon is the first person I’d call. One final thing…..I noticed a comment that they didn’t always call back if you made an enquiry. Well, if you are Bath’s premier property agency and everyone wants to talk to you, well, yes, you may have to wait a day or so for a reply to a speculative call. No-one wants a company whose sitting about waiting for the phone to ring, do they?! You want an agent whose out there keeping it together for people like me, like my tenants (at the height of a pandemic with vastly reduced staff). Always an impeccable service that goes beyond your expectations. Thank you Sharon and Nicola and everyone at The Apartment Company.
