Matt and Louise handled my purchase efficiently from start to end. The communication was good and they were always easy to reach if I had a query. I was in a chain of 5 which required a lot of work by Matt to keep on top of issues within the chain and to provide some impetus to getting issues resolved. Communication across all of the agents and solicitors in a chain is a cumbersome process, very frustrating at times for both buyers and agents, Matt's persistency paid of in the end. Thanks

The Sales team at Larkhall in Bath could not have been more helpful with our recent flat purchase, in particular Louise and Matthew. They were friendly and approachable, and were very good at communicating through the whole process, keeping in touch regularly to keep us up to date with proceedings.

Most importantly, Lukes communication is really valuable and appreciated when some estate agents don’t even bother calling you back now-days. Luke was continually keeping us updated and making sure we were hearing from the third parties supporting on the potential auction or sale of our property. Allen and Harris Larkhall - certainly ( and genuinely) the best estate agents Ive ever encountered, ( no exaggeration ) - Waaaay better than my agents that I was actually paying.
I was buying from A&H Larkhall and from the very get go, Matt and the team were engaging, helpful and knowledgeable, without being pushy or "salesy" at all.
And from there on in, through the progression stages of the sale and onto completion the team were pretty much essential to get the sale (and the chain of 4) over the line
- I wish my solicitors had the communication skills and tenacity of Louise, as she was my go-to for any updates and trying to get / keep things moving towards the sale(s) completion.
If all Est agents were like this, house buying would be much less stressful and more efficient - Would highly recommend. and I will use them if I ever decide to move again. ..

Our families situation wasn't straightforward where part of the family, who actually owned the house - (our daughter Beccy, husband Dave and three children) were in Australia and Angie and I (as Beccy's parents) had recently moved in to the home. Simon, and all the team, alongside their local knowledge of the recent market movements, linked to an historical awareness of market trends locally, proved invaluable. And their personal contacts, going back decades, (because the team are locals too), was an essential ingredient for us and formed part of the success of our sale - which happened even before going to the open market. He radiates all those caring, ethical qualities you instinctively expect to find in your family doctor.

Once inside he showed us round and highlighted various desirable features. He also was honest and discussed some of the issues we might need to solve with the property.
