27th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????

We met Harry and Tracyann at our property who guided us through evaluation and viewings, they were both exactly what we had hoped for, open and informative. From that point on I mostly spoke with Bridget. She is amazing. Always there to speak to and send messages to, a huge asset to the team. I really can’t thank Bridget enough for all she did for us and the way she worked tirelessly on our behalf. Not only was she so friendly she also made me feel genuinely supported throughout the sale of our property. She was happy to relay back and forth to multiple parts of our chain. Worth her weight in gold!

We would like to thank our estate agent Natalie Hingley for the excellent service she provided us throughout this transaction. From the start we were very impressed by her professionalism and expertise on all things relevant to selling and buying a property. She ensured excellent photographic coverage of our property which really captured its character and features to full advantage. She then sold it very quickly and throughout the next weeks until completion she was most efficient in dealing with any arising issues. She was extremely helpful in quickly answering and dealing with matters as they arose. Her professional knowledge and expertise made us aware that we were in very safe hands. Natalie also went the extra mile to be extremely helpful. Thank you very much Natalie for making this process so very smooth for us.

17th Apr 2025 (8 weeks ago)Connells Gillingham, Dorset were very professional from the start. Produced a great brochure and photographs of the property. As we were not local they accompanied every viewing for us and got us a very quick sale at the price we wanted. Kept us updated regularly and very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend Max and the team

12th Oct 2024 (8 mo. ago)The biggest disappointment for us to use these people. Found the perfect place to buy, no chain, all the paperwork being done, solicitor fees paid. 4 weeks in the process, we were gazumped!!!! No feelings whatsoever, or people skills. Horrendous experience.
27th May 2025 (17 days ago)Started the process of selling my house after speaking to Adam. He was very understanding and guided me the whole way, until it was handed over to their sales team who kept me updated on any progress made. Good communication feom everyone I spoke to.
29th May 2025 (15 days ago)The small Sandersons Wells team worked incredibly hard and professionally to sell our property in a difficult market. Alex Relf was our main contact but Kate and Sonja were always there on those few occasions when she was not available. Phone calls and emails were always followed up promptly. Once a buyer was secured they and their colleagues in Kent persevered to overcome the peccadillos of the chain with patience and diplomacy. Yes we would certainly recommend Sandersons Wells and indeed have already done so.

24th May 2025 (20 days ago)Charlie is quite honestly the best estate agent we interacted with and he wasn't even our appointed agent. There is no doubt in my mind that without him, we would not have been able to complete our purchase. He went above and beyond to make the sale happen even driving hours to deliver physical contracts to lawyers. Through the ups and downs of a house sale and purchase he continued to be communicative, patient and delivered unparalleled quality of service (again, he was not our agent). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlie if you are looking to sell your property
