All of the advice they gave us was based on an excellent knowledge of the property market, and it helped us to achieve the best price that we could for our late parent's property. They were all helpful, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. They were happy to discuss any queries that we had, and always made time for us when we dropped in to the office. This was a very stressful and emotional time for us, and Emma and the team always conducted themselves in a friendly and approachable manner, making a difficult situation much easier. Many thanks for everything you did for us. Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex
29th Sep 2021 (2 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

7th May 2024 (12 days ago)Linda at H20 gave excellent service throughout a rather gruelling experience due to an online solicitor chosen by the buyer. Linda delivered excellent customer service, is very knowledgeable, a good communicator and provided the sort of service that quite frankly is quite difficult to find in this modern era. Based inside the Marina itself, H20 are the perfect agent to use for a purchase/sale in the Marina. Highly Recommended.

12th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)Officeless. They seem to me to operate from the local Pub. They do not have an office. That explains that, based on high background noise and the level of low common sense, when I spoke to them they seem to me that they operate directly from the local pub. Also explains the psychodrama of their unprofessional behaviour. My recommendation is to find yourself a estate agent with an office as this one seems to me to operate from the local pub. Nothing wrong I guess with running the business from the pub, it could be convenient for meals and drinks, I guess, but not for my personal professional standard. I guess it is another type of business, for another type of people. Not better or worse, just different.

Most UK estate agents are awful: these guys are against the trend: they are a pleasure to deal with, really paying attention to what we wanted, and never brushing us off with superficial comments. Even though there were many complications, this team remained professional and very helpful to both us and the vendor throughout. I definitely recommned buying from them.

3rd Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)I have rented 2 properties over the course of 11 years with Uden. I was very happy with the service. Any issues with the flat were dealt with promptly from Uden's point of view. Unlike many other agents I found them to be ethical and approachable. I would recommend them, particularly Paula who was my main contact. We have now left the property we were renting and got our deposit back swiftly.- 23rd Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Edward made everything so easy for me and made the whole process stress free. I would 100% recommend him, if it wasn’t for Edward I wouldn’t have been able to get this over the line. He’s a hero!

He was consistently 100% from start to finish. Responsive and always happy to help (even when it might be slightly out of his realm, which it often was). The sale was long, with many many problems along the way. Paul couldn’t have acted any better throughout. Could not recommend Paul enough.
