Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

12th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Ben does not care about your property at all. He cares only about money. He allowed multiple tenants to leave my premises after their agreement ended in despicable condition. One left a godawful dog smell. Another broke several items of property, stole items and didn't clean anything even slightly before they left. He didn't do any inventory at all! So he didn't do appropriate checks, didn't ensure the tenant stuck to their agreement, didn't enforce anything in short. He simply took the money and ran. When I queried him about the state my place was left in, it he just ignored it like the dishonest, amoral person he clearly is. I would strongly suggest you avoid this business!
31st Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)I’ve been renting a property in Brighton Marina through H2O Homes for the past four years, and I can safely say they are the most reliable, transparent, and professional estate agents I’ve ever come across. On the very rare occasions when there’s been an issue, it’s always been resolved promptly. The team is extremely friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I’m truly sad that my tenancy has come to an end as I’ve now moved away from Brighton. I can’t recommend H2O Homes enough, they have set the bar very high for what great property management should look like. Thank you so much!
16th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Excellent in all respects:) We've stayed in a really lovely flat with views of the sea for 12 months that we found through West Beach properties and everything throughout has been of the highest level. The WB team were super flexible and helpful at the beginning in arranging the initial viewing and moving in (we were moving in from abroad so had limited flexibility on our side regarding viewing and arrivals). And since then any minor issue has been addressed quickly and professionally. Kim, Steph, Manon and the team not only have a wealth of experience in understanding the Lettings market, but have as part of their DNA an attitude that values the tenant as being at the heart of everything they do.
2nd Oct 2025 (25 weeks ago)I'm going to try to keep this short as I don't want Neil's head to explode with all the praise, but really: I can't recommend Neil Beglin and his team at Ewe Move in Brighton highly enough. I had a flat sitting on the market for a year and a half, waiting to be sold. Almost zero interest. The previous estate agents were nice people but frankly didn't have much of a strategy. Neil immediately rose to the challenge upon being instructed, managing a small but impactful renovation of the property, creating a brilliant marketing presentation (proper professional photography, CGI and persuasive copy), and managed the sales funnel like true pro. The result: a buyer found within a matter of weeks. The conveyancing took a while, but even then Neil made sure that communication flowed brilliantly between all parties involved. Thanks, Neil! Let's do it again sometime. ;)

25th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I can highly recommend Century 21. After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

16th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We've had a great experience buying a flat with Jimmy from Tailor James. Jimmy, has led us through the process and was very supportive with all our queries along the way. The transaction had some complexity in terms of finding the right timeline for it to happen, but Jimmy gave all parties good advice, so that we were able to reach a great solution. Jimmy was very professional throughout and made the whole experience very satisfactory. He was also very punctual, positive and approachable. We highly recommend Jimmy and Tailor James.
