I was supplied with an outdated and incorrect EPC, and important information about the condition of the timber windows—known to be rotten—was not disclosed before purchase. In my view, this was not an honest or transparent transaction. I would not have gone ahead with the purchase if the correct information had been provided.

Their wealth of local knowledge and personalised advice is priceless – if they recommend something, trust them! Their professionalism is second to none, with prompt communication, transparency, and genuine friendliness to top it all! Having dealt with many estate agents in the past, we struggled to find a good one until we advertised our house with them. They have a close-knit, long-standing team that doesn’t constantly change, and that speaks for itself. We recommend Weatherill 100%.

We have just exchanged and are a few weeks from completion but we couldn’t be more thankful for the non stop support throughout the whole process. Rob was always just a phone call or email away if we ever needed anything, explaining the process bit by bit which we are so thankful for. He has made buying our first home such an enjoyable process! Thanks so much to the whole team who played a part in this next chapter for us! Highly recommend this Estate Agents who always had our best interests at heart.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Everyone was friendly and professional, and we were kept updated with progress. We were looked after by Sarah, sometimes by Nick, and other staff members accompanied viewings.
