27th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????
29th Nov 2023 (21 weeks ago)The branch Manager Samuel Masters and his team were extremely efficient and have ensured a quick sale offer on our property .The marketing on On the Market and right move was excellent and quick and the photographs and the details written up on the brochure resulted in quite a few viewings and several people expressed interest but had to sell their own property.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

16th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)This was a lovely team, however I was let down by their lack of communication. I had three viewings in 4 months, after each viewing despite them phoning to say they hadnt had feedback from the viewers I then had to chase for updates. I heard nothing at all from them from 8 April to the 12 May where I had to call again for updates. Nice team but in my opinion, not proactive enough. I will soon be going back on the market with someone else.
2nd Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)I have an extremely positive experience from NPE throughout my journey with them. From renting out my property which they have managed, to almost completing the sale process. I cannot recommend the team highly enough... efficient, communicative, patient, organised, flexible, responsive and above all kind to me.

29th Jun 2023 (9 mo. ago)Overall our experience with Holbrook Moran was very good. Richard had good local knowledge when it came to valuations so priced the house accurately. We did feel that we were not always listened to however, and that we were being pushed into making decisions that we weren't happy making with. It felt like they were more for the buyers than the sellers. We were also very disappointed with the solicitor that was recommeded to us, which we did use, but they proved very lazy and often had us trying to complete survey questionnaires that was very much their job to go, and exactly what they they were being paid to do. I understand that HB were given a decent fee for their recommendation, but our recommendation would be NOT to use their suggested solicitor. They held up the sale of our property easily 3-4 weeks longer by not responding to emails, sending paperwork by standard post during a postal strike that lasted weeks, and just overall being disinterested in our business.

24th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)I am a landlord of over 18years of experience but not the first time I have sold properties through an Agent. Hopefully this experience qualifies me in my opinion to comment on my experience dealing with Andrews Estate Agent and especially a gentleman called Richard who I believe is the Assistant Manager of the branch in Long Ashton . Richard from the onset when he went around to my property for the valuation has been very professional . To date even though we have never met face to face . His communication skills between buyer and seller is absolutely fantastic . He keeps everyone in the loop and one is updated on a regular basis . Richard is very proactive in ensuring all deadlines are met to the satisfaction of both parties. He is very diplomatic and keeps everyone on side and most significantly to meet tight deadlines. I was of the opinion before that estate agents irrespective of what company they work for can never be trusted. But Richard is an exception to that phrase- I can trust him with my life even though to date we have never met !! In my opinion He is a man of integrity , very conscientious and hard working that even on his day off, he still checks his email and respond to queries promptly. Other agencies that I have dealt with never possessed this quality which I am sure its one expects from his agent !! Selling a property can be stressful majority of the time , but Richard takes away all the stress and you can rely on him all of the time. He is very passionate of his job and that passion shines through. and I do not normally write review but because Richard is an exceptional Estate agent I would certainly recommend him highly irrespective of which company he works for . Finally even my Tenants who met him the first time when he went around for valuation of the property immediately called me to use his company and him for the sale of my property even though several other agencies had gone around there previously . I am normally very stingy with too much compliments but Richard is definitely the number 1 estate agent in my opinion in the country and you will not be disappointed in employing him and his current employer Andrews estate agent in selling your property . So go on what are you waiting for ?
