Robin and the team combine a wealth of experience with excellent people skills to make the whole conveyancing process a lot less stressful. Robin was absolutely brilliant throughout and always available when we needed him, as well as checking in on us regularly along the way. The other Eveleighs team members we came across also provided an excellent service, with a special mention for the unflappable Lynne, who cleared some miscommunications between the lawyers in no time! We are so grateful to Eveleighs for helping us move to our forever home and would recommend them to everyone who is thinking of moving!

23rd Apr 2025 (7 weeks ago)Won't talk to you about a property unless you give them your postcode, despite telling them, we are relocating and moved out of our last property. Insisting on giving them a family members postcode before speaking to me. How bizarre. They're so desperate to fill their database with your personal details that they will refuse to even talk to you about a property unless you give up all your personal data. Again, how bizarre...

Whilst we only used the team for our purchase and not sale, they were extremely helpful and were on the ball 100%, in chasing the chain and keeping me up to date with the whole process. Really challenging time with buyers solicitor (no fault of the buyer at all), but the team provided great support and communication. Highly recommended and having dealt with a couple other estate agents locally, it is easy to say that they are the best !

7th Apr 2025 (10 weeks ago)I have had Cooper and tanner manage my rental property over the last couple of years, Most of the staff are lovely, apart from the lettings Manager Caroline Peebles Brown who is very rude. I asked for a valuation of my property while it’s being let , I was just curious to know its value , to which Caroline impertinently answered rudely you can’t sell your property yet! I have decided to terminate my tenancy contract as they fail to communicate and Caroline’s poor customer service skills. Please be careful before using this estate agent!

He helped us every step of the way from sorting handymen to deal w minor issues, to securing our necessary paperwork, to finding the ideal buyer. We were dreading a months long process but have solid offer in <1 month! I can’t praise him enough!
23rd May 2025 (21 days ago)My partner and I recently purchased a house through Joanna Tiley Estate Agents. We couldn't believe how abrupt and rude Joanna and some of her staff were over the phone, when dealing with us and our enquires. Information was sometimes withheld or not passed on and we were met with unforeseen hurdles when we moved in like rubbish/furniture still left in the house and a prepayment electricity meter still in place. The most disappointing tactic we discovered however, was the last and final offer, during "negotiations". We have since found out from others that have been involved with Joanna Tiley Estate agents that after your first offer, JT will tell you that the seller only wants your last and final offer submitted as there are "other sellers" interested. A first time purchase for my partner and I, which should of been exciting, left us with quite a bitter taste in our mouths.

After all that is how they earn their commission...however Garrett & Bradly are so much more than that! They are salesmen yes but they are also mediators, counsellors, sounding boards, flak takers...the list is endless. We were fortunate to meet Jon during a property viewing. My husband had arranged a different agent for the sale of our house but I really liked Jon's natural and non pushy approach. I am incredibly put off by pushy sales people but Jon was polite, approachable and very un estate agent like! We had 2 houses to sell and the first one went extremely smoothly. The second one could not have been more different and my goodness did this company earn their commission! Everyone told me we were unlucky. I wondered what all the fuss was about with the first property sale but with the second I absolutely knew why people say it is the most stressful thing you can do in life. It took 19 months and 4 different buyers before we succeeded. I am naturally pushy, impatient and analytical....not good traits when going through this process! Jon was amazing throughout even when he was my sounding board for my frustration, disappointment and, at times, anger. Jon is the most approachable, unflappable and professional estate agent I have ever come across. How he managed to navigate us through the some of the situations involved I will never know but we got there in the end. We were unlucky with much of what happened in our selling journey but we were lucky to have met Jon at the beginning of the process. A huge shout out also to Tom who dealt with all the after sales issues....what a can of worms we opened time after time. Tom had everything in hand and was always ahead of the game and promptly responded to my emails. Both Tom and Jon were always available to help me with any enquiries we had regarding with our purchases and not just the sale of our house. These guys really don't just sell your house and leave you to it. They are with you every step of the way. I said to Jon several times through the process that I do not know how they do their job...they are piggy in the middle in the most emotional game in the world. If anyone is considering Garrett & Bradly to sell their home...just do it ...seriously don't hesitate. They sell your home ...and then some!

29th May 2025 (15 days ago)The small Sandersons Wells team worked incredibly hard and professionally to sell our property in a difficult market. Alex Relf was our main contact but Kate and Sonja were always there on those few occasions when she was not available. Phone calls and emails were always followed up promptly. Once a buyer was secured they and their colleagues in Kent persevered to overcome the peccadillos of the chain with patience and diplomacy. Yes we would certainly recommend Sandersons Wells and indeed have already done so.
24th Feb 2025 (16 weeks ago)Peter and his team were second to none. They made the entire process of selling our house as smooth and as stress free as possible. It went on the market on the Monday, by Thursday we had 3 offers on the table and by Friday it was sold. They made every effort to keep me in the loop every step of the way and took all the stress out of selling by being the most exceptional agent and dealing with everything. Thanks to Peter and his team the process couldn't have been any easier and I can not recommend them enough.
