29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Our experience is from the Rental Agency part of this business. From our perspective I really hope they train their staff better. Our experience was not good. Most/all of the problems were avoidable and reflected either a lack for training or a careless approach to the legitimate needs of their tenant. At this time the Landlord, no matter how bad they behave, is king. We won't be coming back as a customer (either in a rental or purchasing form). It would be nice if they would learn from this experience. We did!!!! In our case the training cost us hard cash!!!

They were total professionals. They were excellent at marketing the house and attracting buyers, keeping the chain intact and understanding/communicating what the chain situation was. Their attention to detail was consistent from initial marketing through to completion.

She was excellent at keeping me up to date and helping me get through a fairly difficult sale which I really appreciate! She was quick to respond to emails and easy to get in touch with on the phone which made my life much easier. I would definitely recommend.- 3rd May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Sally was extremely helpful with the purchase of our property. Would highly recommend.

I've had a couple of problems which have been sorted within hours by Andrew the lettings manager. Would highly recommend Belvoir. Very professional.

Started in July and we have just moved this week. The driving force behind the team in our experience is without doubt Jake. He has kept us updated and buoyed up throughout this stressful process, and even when he had his new family addition we felt supported. He is a well balanced and likeable man who with great patience got the job done. A credit to his profession.Of course he is supported by the rest of the staff who all appear to be to be aware of what is going on whenever called upon. Thanks to all.

Lisa was fantastic, supportive beyond expectation, offered invaluable sage advice and when my first buyer had to pull out (outside of their control) at the last moment, Lisa had the house sold again within the week. The team are so diligent and friendly, they go above and beyond to make you feel really valued. Can’t recommend highly enough.
25th Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)What can I say , having my house on the market for nearly 9 months with another estate agents I changed to the property centre , within 2 days we had a viewing and an offer ( even managed another viewing a couple of days later ) ! Pleasure to deal with the description and picture are a on a different level compared with the other company and can’t recommend the property centre enough ! Thank you Louise ????
