Sarah helped me move into my new property quickly as I was moving to start a new job and she was very flexible with helping me move in. Adam was fantastic in helping resolve a dispute. I would highly recommend this estage agent, lovely staff who are very efficient and customer-centered.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
5th Jan 2025 (11 weeks ago)I feel the initial valuation and correspondence was effective. However, following the acceptance of an offer there was very little communication and all communication was conducted via WhatsApp messages. There was little support during the sale of my property and any communication came from the estate agents I was purchasing from. The lack of communication caused a number of issues and, at times, the interests of all parties was not considered.
21st Mar 2025 (3 days ago)Best estate agents in Cumbria. When selling our house we initially overlooked Lakes Estates and went for an established regional agent. That was a mistake. That established agent rested on their laurels and ultimately proved totally ineffective. However, despite initially rejecting Lakes Estates, when approached a second time Glenn happily took over and marketed our property at an increased selling price, achieving a sale very quickly. He knows the market and what buyers want. His approach is personal, professional and ultimately highly effective. He is open and honest - refreshing qualities for an estate agent. Office Manager Hannah is diligent, polite and also extremely efficient in her role. Nothing is too much trouble for her. We encountered some minor issues during the sales process that Hannah easily took in her stride. If you are in Cumbria, these are the agents you should use.
