Their eye for detail when taking the advertising photographs and the research they put into the writing of the property description were second to none. Leah and the rest of the staff in the office were always on the end of the phone when needed and nothing was too much trouble for them. 4th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Absolute rubbish service. Phone and called to enquire about renting a property they put onto Rightmove this morning. The company told me to wait and they would ring me back. I missed the call due to work. 5 minutes after I called them back they denied having the property and I told them I saw it on rightmove. When I said not to worry, that I would call someone else she just said “thank you” in a very rude way. I don’t recommend dealing with this company at all. Very fake and rude.

28th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Communication with Hunters was almost impossible, we could never get through to them on the telephone. Calls were never returned when messages were left and when we did get through to them, they were surely in their attitude. No suggestions were made as to what actions could be taken to get the property sold. In the end we got rid of them.
3rd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Let's say that their customer service is not the best in town. If you rent from Northwood take your time and go through everything that seems not right (although you might risk to "lose" the property you're interested in, if you complain too much) Keep everything email documented.

Clare’s knowledge of the local area and housing market was far greater than anyone else we spoke to and we knew straight away we wanted to use your move for our sale. Communication was excellent, nothing was too much and our house was sold within a week and we exchanged in under 3 months which was amazing. We would completely recommend Clare and your move to anyone selling in Wigton and the surrounding area.

She provided a valuation that right for us and allowed us to generate a good amount of interest from the moment we went to the market. She took time to chat to my mother who we were acting her behalf and joined evening family meetings to advise on next steps. She was always available and helpful and communicated very well. She found the perfect buyer for our house and was crucial in getting everyone through to completion.
