30th Sep 2024 (8 days ago)Although I viewed a property 2023 I failed to buy it because my property sale fell through, I will be back in touch with them for a future buy.. only negative about any properties viewed with agents in Carlisle, they do not insist the sellers present the property/not meaning furnished just a bit cleaner, rubbish picked up mail collected or boxed, repairs best to see as first impressions count.. still it’s the system there, I am a retired estate agent.
28th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Communication with Hunters was almost impossible, we could never get through to them on the telephone. Calls were never returned when messages were left and when we did get through to them, they were surely in their attitude. No suggestions were made as to what actions could be taken to get the property sold. In the end we got rid of them.

If you rent from Northwood take your time and go through everything that seems not right (although you might risk to "lose" the property you're interested in, if you complain too much) Keep everything email documented.

Adam is a genuinely nice guy and this, in combination with his impressive knowledge and expertise, got our house sold (for the full asking price) in less than 3 weeks! Kim was my main contact and she could not have done more for me to ensure that I got my property on the market and into a position to proceed quickly; so I could put an offer on another property. Kim’s communication was excellent and she kept me informed throughout, always answering queries quickly and helping me with anything I was unsure of. I would highly recommend Kate Robson Estate Agent to anyone needing their services.

I live in the US, so much of the communication had to happen via WhatsApp, but that went fine - Mark was always quick to respond and clear about all the details.
