10th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Pink move has been purchased by Peter Alan, nobody told me anything. Property has been in the market for 6 weeks with still not sign on the property, zero communication from agency. Thinking to give the property to a different agent.

From day 1 they both offered me the reassurances i needed throughout the process. Communication between them and myself was faultless and I. Felt completely involved in the whole process. Both Karen and Matthew handles some sensitive issues with discretion and respect, fir which i am grateful. Would highly recommend Durbins to anyone who is buying or selling their home.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. From the ‘sneak peeks’ on Facebook, the Facebook live viewing all the way through to completion, Nic and the rest of the Northwood team were incredibly professional, responsive and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend Northwood!

2nd Jul 2019 (4 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately
