7th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)I enquired about a property I could comfortably afford, but the way I was spoken to by one staff member was completely unacceptable. While I understand there are legal procedures to follow, there is no excuse for being rude, raising your voice, or speaking to someone as if they are lying about their finances. A second staff member later called and explained the same procedures in a calm and respectful manner, which just highlights how unprofessional the first interaction was. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel comfortable having this estate agent manage a property I live in.

The whole process—from viewing the property to completing referencing checks and receiving the keys—was incredibly quick and seamless. Ebony and her colleagues kept me updated every step of the way, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. What really stands out is how responsive and approachable the team are. Any property issues are handled quickly, and maintenance is arranged without delay. It’s clear they genuinely care about their tenants and providing a great service. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough—an excellent experience from start to finish.

1st May 2026 (5 days ago)Put house on the market with Darlows - had other estate agents to come as well but went with Darlows Pontypridd, whilst they are not the cheapest agent in my area they seem to have the most Sold signs and Hollie from Pontypridd branch came to the house, she is so enthusiastic and bubbly and had all the facts and figures and came so prepared - even though we were not 100 per cent committed to selling at that point she explained everything and was so patient, not rushing at all she left us with all the information in a lovely presentation file. We decided a few days later that we were going to sell and obviously called Hollie to book in photos, she came the same day to get us on the market within 24 hours - took great photos too, really pleased with everything so far - now they just need to sell it for us but we have had a good start and communication has been very good ??????

22nd Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.

14th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)Sold our house with Peter Alan TG within 3 weeks of it being on the market. Photos that were taken were done quickly and of a high standard. Turnaround was 48h from instruction to being on market, with photos. Jade was superb beginning to end - personable, knowledgable and reacted quickly. Would recommend to anybody and will be using again in the future. Shout out as well to Henry and Sam who did the viewings. Also got our mortgage sorted for our onward purchase with Jamie. Really good guy and look forward to working with him in the future. Thanks all for your hard work

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.

4th May 2026 (2 days ago)Unable to sell my property after eight months on sale. Only had one viewing during that time. Thier mentality is to keep lowering your selling price. Even though they valued my property. Sporadic communication with us. Felt that our property was just placed on the Internet forums and left.

9th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)Sold my house with One2One in February 2026. Initial valuation house appointment was fine as was the arrangement of the photographs of the house ready to market. From this point onwards it was all downhill. The expectation from the very start was that we were to show buyers around for viewings despite making it very clear from the outset that we did not want this. Once we made it clear that we wanted the estate agents to manage the viewings, we quickly learnt that their availability was scarce with no capacity for blocking viewings. In my view, it’s a tactic to get you to do your own viewings to save them the hassle and they can cash their part in it. All viewings confirmed by text and an email which was all fine. Once we finally reached a place where One 2 One would agree to block viewings they placed at least seven together on a Saturday which we were pleased with at this stage. On the day of the block viewings, no phone calls or communications from the estate agent beforehand so I didn’t even know the name of who was arriving and the agent had never seen my house before. I had to write out key features of the house for the estate agent. To no surprise they were late for the first viewing and I had to ring the office over and over to find out what was happening. Turns out they had booked viewings at a separate address for another seller before my block viewings. I did accept an offer in the days that followed and couldn’t wait to be done with them. The lady who contacted me towards the end of the sale was lovely and approachable but can’t say the same for any of the female staff members I spoke to throughout. I felt the need to write this review as I wished I went with a more reputable company so I could have received the service that we were looking for. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this estate agents entirely.
