19th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)For starters, if there were an option for 0 stars, Harry Harper Lettings would have earned it with flying colours.<br>Nothing quite says "welcome to your new home" like finding raw fish left in the freezer, eight full bin bags decorating the garden, and a mould-ridden bedroom that had clearly never seen treatment. It's a truly unique move-in experience.<br>Communication was equally impressive. If you've ever wanted to spend your time speaking to robots, being ignored altogether, or being passed between people who don't know the answer and have no intention of finding it, you're in luck. Customer service appears to be treated as more of a theoretical concept than an actual service.<br>The grand finale? Being charged £400 from our deposit when leaving, despite the condition the property was handed over in.<br>A letting agent's job is supposed to be managing properties and supporting tenants. Harry Harper Lettings seem to have interpreted this somewhat differently.<br>An amateur operation at best. The rental market deserves better, and tenants deserve their rights.

31st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)I can’t recommend Harris & Birt enough. I bought a house through them and at no fault of theirs the process took a long time due to broken chains but they were always great to work with. Ellie especially always kept me well informed and was always chasing the chain to keep the process moving. I actually spoke to Ellie more than my own agent through out it all so a special thank you to her for always being so efficient, professional and calm when I was feeling far from it! They will be my first choice in the future if we ever decide to move again.

10th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)I rented a property from diamonds Caerphilly for 3.5 years, and the experience was positive. Throughout that time they were supportive and any issues resolved promptly. The property itself was comfortable to live in. The pricing was fair and my deposit was returned without problems.

22nd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.
25th May 2025 (1 year ago)Sold a few houses through Hoskins over the years, dealing with Ian, and always found him and the team polite, competent and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend their services for buying or selling property.
7th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)The young guy Finlay that showed us around a house we were interested in is fantastic, very very nice guy. However!! Jade the manager of Peter Alan in talbot green could do with learning some manners and is an obstructive argumentative person who I or my partner will never deal with again! We had an appointment booked for 12 to see a financial advisor and appointments before hand to see a house! The manager Jade called me at 10:05 to cancel our appointment at 12. I explained I wasn’t happy and that we had travelled from Rumney for this meeting but it’s no worries I will go elsewhere to seek financial advice. The manager Jade then called me a liar and stated back to me that I’m from tonyrefail and hadn’t travelled from Cardiff whatsoever, I tried to explain that my partner is from Cardiff and that I had travelled with her from there! Jade continued to overtalk me and point out that I hadn’t travelled from Cardiff for the 12 meeting as I was due for a viewing at 11 in gilfach goch so that I was lying to the fact saying I had travelled from Cardiff for the 12 meeting pointing out I would have had to anyway to view the property! A very aggressive argumentative individual who has now lost Peter Alan a customer or more as I will let everyone I know what kind of person they have there managing that particular outlet/shop! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour by a woman in her 40’s that should have a little more decorum about her and not call customers that have travelled for 45 minutes for a meeting a liar! Despicable individual!!!
11th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. A deduction was proposed from my deposit for a cracked window, but before obtaining multiple quotations or even arranging for a contractor to inspect the damage in person, a price was provided over the phone. The amount quoted appeared excessive and unreasonable. Throughout the process, I made it clear that I was not refusing to contribute towards a fair and justified cost. My concern was that no effort seemed to have been made to obtain a competitive or evidence-based quotation. I repeatedly asked for a more reasonable price or an independent assessment, but this was not properly addressed. I believe tenants should be treated fairly and any deductions from deposits should be supported by transparent and reasonable evidence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

14th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)Letting agent has been unhelpful and inconsiderate of the tenants' needs. Failed to offer any support when the landlord-provided refrigerator malfunctioned, repeatedly freezing and defrosting. Rejected upon request for basic cleaning materials for to clean the leaking fridge. Insufficient fridge space, got rid of personal fridge with only 1 day notice. Inconsistent cleaning schedule. There were periods where the cleaner only visited once every two weeks, which contradicts what we were promised. Maintenance requests have also been handled with delays.

From start to finish, Nathan, April,Dave and Jalen were professional, friendly and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process of selling my house. They kept me informed, were always available when I had questions, and made what can be a very stressful experience feel much easier.<br><br>I’m so grateful for all their hard work and for helping me achieve a successful sale. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. A fantastic team and a brilliant service from beginning to end.
9th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)Sold my house with One2One in February 2026. Initial valuation house appointment was fine as was the arrangement of the photographs of the house ready to market. From this point onwards it was all downhill. The expectation from the very start was that we were to show buyers around for viewings despite making it very clear from the outset that we did not want this. Once we made it clear that we wanted the estate agents to manage the viewings, we quickly learnt that their availability was scarce with no capacity for blocking viewings. In my view, it’s a tactic to get you to do your own viewings to save them the hassle and they can cash their part in it. All viewings confirmed by text and an email which was all fine. Once we finally reached a place where One 2 One would agree to block viewings they placed at least seven together on a Saturday which we were pleased with at this stage. On the day of the block viewings, no phone calls or communications from the estate agent beforehand so I didn’t even know the name of who was arriving and the agent had never seen my house before. I had to write out key features of the house for the estate agent. To no surprise they were late for the first viewing and I had to ring the office over and over to find out what was happening. Turns out they had booked viewings at a separate address for another seller before my block viewings. I did accept an offer in the days that followed and couldn’t wait to be done with them. The lady who contacted me towards the end of the sale was lovely and approachable but can’t say the same for any of the female staff members I spoke to throughout. I felt the need to write this review as I wished I went with a more reputable company so I could have received the service that we were looking for. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this estate agents entirely.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
