2nd Oct 2024 (12 days ago)From the day THW valued our house , to setting up the Sale and getting interested parties lined up to view, to the day it was completed all of THW Staff were first class. We dealt mainly with Anne Marie who was always informed and helpful. When any problem arose, from whatever Party, they helped sort it as soon as it was possible. I would highly recommend them. We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

I just rented a property with this branch and everything went through perfectly , Caitlyn and Abbie were absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t recommend enough honestly , they both showed great team work and were awesome , everyone else in the office was so polite and asked me how my day was going and made the effort towards me , I dropped my walking stick and the gent picked it back up for me so kind! As an elderly pensioner I’m not the best with understanding how renting works with the terminology for things but Caitlyn went through everything step by step with me and made the process to easy, Thanks so much again will definitely rent again with you guys!

Rhys was very friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had. He made the entire process stress-free and straightforward, ensuring that I found the perfect place that met all my needs. The flat was exactly as described, and the move-in process was smooth and well-organized. Their service is truly five-star and would personally like to thank Rhys for his excellent service and help throughout the tenancy!

She dealt with the whole process superbly. Dane , the manager, was also extremely efficient, polite, pleasant, courteous and extremely prompt They made me feel like i was their only customer.
