8th Jun 2025 (4 days ago)????? I recently bought a two-bed apartment, and I can’t speak highly enough of Hannah. After a previous sale fell through with another agent who was awful at communicating and never kept me in the loop, working with Hannah was like night and day. She was always on top of things, kept me updated, and answered all my questions quickly and honestly. Hannah made the whole process so much smoother, and I really felt like she had my best interests at heart. Highly recommend!

Jackie Morgan was excellent in keeping me informed with all the goings on behind the scenes so I was kept in the loop and felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I can't recommend them enough!

What was the point in advertising the property in the first place!! Shocking treatment! Bunch of liars! Relying on these for a house with a 1 year old i dont recommend

20 Park Street, Treforest, Mid Glamorgan, CF37 1SN(204 reviews)16th May 2025 (27 days ago)For god sake do not have a property with these people, I had a bedsit with this letting agency and trust me when I say I shared a floor with a bunch of animals, hygiene went out of the window, one of them did his washing in the shower and the other one would not clean the kitchen after him and would not put a toilet brush around the toilet, I left the flat in a better condition than when I took it on, and one of the other guys that moved out would piss in the shower. And by the way the office staff can't do simple maths, I put £230:00 bond down,, after charges of £136:00 I got back £51:00 so there was a hidden charge of £43:00 which I was not informed of. Dont go with these people.

They’re always approachable, quick to respond, and happy to help with any questions—no matter how big or small. I had an issue with my property early on, and Kayleigh acted quickly, liaising with the right person to get it resolved without delay. Their professionalism and dedication gave me complete peace of mind. Thanks to their support, the property is now rented out, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and responsive agents.

We honestly couldn’t thank you enough, the service received when selling our home was absolutely awesome from start to finish. Nathan, April and Dave took the stress out of the whole process and seamlessly walked us through each stage. Super responsive, helpful, and genuinely lovely to deal with. The team were so flexible with communication, which was especially appreciated with our chaotic schedules — absolute stars! Also a big shoutout to the Watkins home removals team — The calm in our chaos would be an understatement! Efficient, friendly, and made moving day feel way less scary than it should’ve been. Highly recommend — 10/10 would move house with you again (but hopefully not too soon).

A lady answered the phone and introduced myself by saying, "Hello Darling, my name's Ellis, I'm calling about a property you have up for sale on Rightmove and was wondering if I get some more information" She replied with "Did you just call me darling? Did you think I am your wife?" - firstly I don't think addressing somebody as darling is specifically associated with love or affection and definitely didn't think it an improper use of the word. But I apologise if I offended. Secondly, she went on to talk in a disgruntled tone with me when I asked some questions about the property and then mid way through the conversation, hung up the phone. I have never dealt with any business, person, or professional that has presented themselves in such a way.
18th Mar 2025 (12 weeks ago)Flying Keys have been amazing through out, we moved from Sri Lanka to UK in 2023, then in 2025 we have left UK and moved to Australia, until to date, communication has been splendid, these guys go out of their ways to help in every way. I have spoken to them from Sri Lanka before departing and after leaving UK I have spoken to them from here in Australia the communication is still the same. There is one puticular person who stands out from the crowd, that's Jaz, she has been incredible throughout and help us in many ways, I have no words. She is a big asset to the company, and previledged to have her in their team. Jaz was very practical and helped us through out our tenancy with utmost urgency. We have reached out to her from Australia after we left the property, she still revert back to us in lightening speed, gave us good refferals so it helps us immensely in securing a property here. Flying keys have been tremendous for us, we really are going to miss you guys. We have found a special place in our hearts for the Welsh people. Truly remarkable community. Cheers Gayathri & Roshane

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.

He kept me informed every step of the way and was always honest and upfront, which really helped build trust during this process. He clearly knows the market inside out and gave me great advice when I needed it. What stood out most was how personal the experience felt — I never felt like just another client. Wayne genuinely cared and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and that really put me at ease right from the start of viewings to getting the keys to my beautiful new home. I am so happy. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy. Thank you Wayne and to his fantastic team too!

I have a broken ankle, and they moved appointments around to fit when my Dad could pick me up for viewings. Rhys is also an expert in his field, and I have no doubt that the business will continue to grow and flourish in his hands. I highly recommend Chapmans whether you're in the market to buy/sell; Or a tenant or Landlord looking for a dedicated team to handle your requirements!
