(1 reviews)17th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)Christine from Darlows is. easy to deal with ,i cant belive my house is now sold subject to contract .for a price i am happy with all in around 30 days ,she really knows the area ,i think with Darlows even though there fees are a little more ,you are paying for the amazing diversity of contacts they have .I was really impressed with them ,i bought the house from Christine at Darlows Tonypandy and now sold with them .So i have seen both sides of the coin and am very impressed a 5 star service all the way

8th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)A week ago, we arranged a valuation visit with the Pontypridd office. They indicated that their Aberdare office handled Abercynon properties. Thinking it un-necessary, we didn't call to confirm this morning and when no one turned up I called the Aberdare office. The person assigned to do the valuation isn't in today and between the Aberdare and Pontypridd offices they failed to contact us. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Expected better of a well known company

I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. She actually saved me a big delay, due to my surveyors, by noticing they hadn't been in touch with the vendor after they told we they would be. Overall I would highly recommend.

Steven visited our home the following day and we had the required information within 48 hours. We would not hesitate to use Steven/Allen & Harris in the future and would recommend them. Thank you

1st Apr 2024 (18 days ago)Amazing. If we didn’t have to pay our solicitor the fees we would have given it to Emma instead! She went far beyond expectations, she chased our useless solicitors who were slow and delayed our completion due to not processing the grant of probate that they were sent in time. Emma made us feel less stressed by reassuring us that things would happen and did???? a great asset to your company and highly recommend as a result. Thank you so much.
11th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)I was very happy with the service from Tudball and co for a recent house sale. They had the cheapest fees of four of the local estate agents I asked to value my house, plus they valued the property considerably higher than the others. So it was a no brainer to go with them. I was a little dubious about the higher asking price they advised me to go with, but they were right and sold the property at the asking price on the first viewing. Very happy with the communication and customer service I received from them during the whole process.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately

Our house had been on the market over a year with another much larger agent with no result. It was Martin & Co with their more personal touch that realised the sell, we are very grateful to them.

Always available to answer our questions, did a brilliant job marketing our property for a great price and sold our house in just 2 weeks! They took such good care of us and the whole process was very stress free. We would highly recommend them to others!

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
