20th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)I have moved house many times in my life but I have to say The Zoe Napier group really are a special group of people and a cut above the rest. I mainly dealt with Greg, who is personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They managed to get my house sale through in good time in a very tricky market, well done guys! We were very happy with the service and will not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends or family.

23rd Oct 2021 (2 years ago)From start to finish, the experience we had from Bairstow Eves was impeccable. We had Nick value our property and within the week we had not only sold ours but found and accepted offer on our dream forever home too. We had Gemma as our agent throughout and she couldn't have done any more for us if she tried, she made the stressful experience of moving house so much easier and helped us so much, from advise, to mediating between all the relevant parties, she was fantastic. 2nd Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)I was very disappointed with the lack of any interest in my property. I was constantly told that sales in the area were virtually nil, and to reduce the price, this brought no more interest at all to the table. I decided to take my property off the market, at least until my contract time with Chewton rose is up.
19th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)If I could give no stars, I would. This company is absolutely disgraceful from lying, time wasting, absolutely no communication and complete forgery. They took a holding deposit from us TWICE, the first time saying the tenants weren't moving to then upload it again under a different house number and ignore the emails regarding this but happy to take the deposit again, a holding deposit should secure the flat while the relevant checks are done, however when we noticed the flat was back on rightmove with NO COMMUNICATION again, we of course questioned this to which Bartlett and Hammond admitted they had given it to another couple, so they took a holding deposit which literally means to hold the property and NOT let others view it and apply. None of which makes sense considering they reposted it online, you'd think all the time they save not doing their job properly they could at least come up with a better lie. Now if you ever do get a response from these guys (like getting fire from ice) it will be the most informal and rude email you will ever receive. Do not use these guys unless you like your time wasted, money taken and being lied to.

To be honest,I have had dealings with Jackson stops offices in two other completely different areas from Chelmsford,and they have all been so wonderfully helpful and most pleasant staff .. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company,to friends and family

(2 reviews)5th May 2023 (1 year ago)Very disappointing… they didn’t vet the viewers carefully enough and had a lot of time wasters . Marketing of the property was such that offers were coming in way below what the property was worth. When I asked them to take the property off the market it took them days to take it off Rightmove and they still haven’t been round to collect the For Sale sign or indeed return the spare set of keys we lent them .

18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with this organisation, they are misleading, dishonest and unprofessional Charles White and his team struggle to deal with any query in a prompt or honest fashion, full of prattle and nonsense!!! Little to no knowledge of market or conditions, just you self-serving jargon to waste your time. If you are looking for property professionals swerve this crowd.
